Our home is located in a vibrant and diverse community in "The Grid" area of King's Beach. It's a short walking distance to beaches, stores, shops, and restaurants. This 1 bedroom 1 bath home (duplex) has all the modern comforts in a space appropriately sized for one to three people (3 occupants max) making it is the perfect spot for a couple or a small family. Hiking & mountain biking trails are a short distance away. Onsite parking is provided as well as a private back yard.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Used linens are to be placed in basket where your clean towels were originally located.
Used dishes and cutlery, along with sponge are to be placed in the dishwasher. Please start the cleaning cycle. Food and beverages that were brought by guest should be removed from fridge.
All rubbish is to be removed from backyard and house. Please toss in the bear bin next to the parking lot and front gate. Make sure the back door is locked, and front door is completely shut.

Ideal location, space, and amenities! We stayed for two nights during a busy July weekend with our small pup and had a wonderful experience. Check-in was seamless, and the hosts were friendly, responsive, and provided helpful tips before our arrival.The unit was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully stocked. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft sheets, plush pillows, and fluffy towels. We also appreciated the excellent water pressure, quality toiletries, and the fans, which kept the condo cool throughout both the day and night. Outside temps reached 85 and we were perfectly comfortable inside. You cannot beat the location! Being two very short blocks to the beach, shops, and restaurants made a huge difference on such a crowded weekend. The convenience store located within two short blocks (4 min walk) is a lifesaver!We’d happily stay here again and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and ideally located stay in Kings Beach.

Quaint Stay Close to Kings Beach

Perfect size for 2 guests. I thought the bed was larger before booking, be careful if you or your partner is over 6 foot. The bed was comfy regardless!

Great Kings Beach Hideaway

This is a perfect spot for access to Kings Beach and Stateline Casinos. Quick walk to the beach, small grocery store right there so I ended up cooking in the condo each night. Everything I needed was there and it was super quiet. Super responsive managers made it a perfect escape.

Modern and Comfy

We had a great time here. The interior is fully renovated with high end appliances, quality bedding and towels. The outdoor space is "in process", and when that is complete this will be the perfect get-away. The location was easy to walk to all that the area has to offer.

great little getaway

Cute, cozy and clean! It was perfect for me and my dog for 2 nights. Close to everything, but mostly Kings Beach! We had great walks and even experienced a little bit of rain, which was wonderful! The hosts were very easy to communicate with!

Comfortable little cabin

We had such a great time during our stay. Communication with the owners was very easy and quick. We were grateful we didn’t have to worry about parking and enjoyed the walks to the lake and restaurants. Our dog loved the backyard. We felt like we were at home.

Great spot. Worked out well for myself, my partner, our 2 year old and our full sized golden doodle. Great amenities and the heater is very good!! Would def come back again. Thanks for your hospitality!

We really enjoyed this cute house in our favorite area of Lake Tahoe. The place was clean, well appointed and updated. It was nice and quiet at night and we were grateful for the 2 tower fans because it only cooled down to the low 60's at night. We spent 3 nights and rented e-bikes at Incline Village and rode on the trail to Sand Harbor to swim, we also rented a ski boat and went to Emerald Bay and our last morning there we made time to go to the nearby beach and paddle board before we had to check out. The house was just the right size for the two of us!

Great place!

My husband and I went for my birthday and had a great time. We went out to eat, so didn't use the kitchen, but it looked well stocked. Favorite things: *nice fluffy towels*Great back yard, though if you have a dog one part of the gate is lower than the others*Close to kings Beach and food *Warm bed, which was a bit toasty for the summer but probably amazing in the winter. Strong fans.*Great welcome binder with lots of info and recommendations.*Yummy smelling body wash *They thought of everything! So many great hooks, and places to set things in bathroom.

Great Location, Slightly Over-Cautious

The place was a cute little spot with a perfect location. My one gripe would be the owners seemed over cautious and a little helicopter-ish which made it a little uncomfortable. For example, a price list of every little item was provided and we were instructed to clean up the place to the point Paying 100 for cleaning didn’t make sense.

Thank you for your review as we appreciate them and look at it as an opportunity to see what we can approve on. Our approach is to lay everything out for guests to see so that we do not need to encroach on their stay unless our assistance is needed. Sadly, a lot of items are taken from vacation homes, either on accident or purpose. We let the guests know what those items cost to replace, more as a deterrent. As in your case, a bowl was broken and no invoice or bill was ever sent. We understand wear and tear is going to happen and we are prepared for that. As for our $85 cleaning fee, it is what our cleaner charges and that is it. It is actually one of the cheapest cleaning fees amongst Short Term Rentals in North Lake Tahoe. We really do not ask anything different from industry standards of a minor clean up before guests leave and this is widely accepted amongst the short term rental industry. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us.

Cozy pet friendly space

This cute was very clean and conveniently located just a few blocks from the beach. Pet friendly! Small private fenced backyard was great for our pup. Extra poop bags, dog bowls, and pet bed also provided if you forgot to bring your own. This is a part of a duplex that shares a wall with the neighboring unit (was never an issue for us). No AC but several fan towers were provided which were enough to keep us comfortable in the summer.

Perfect Getaway Spot!

This rental was exactly what we were hoping to find. It felt tucked away, but was really only a short walk to the cute little town of King’s Beach which offers coffee, lots of yummy eateries, and the beach of course! The space was clean and very comfortable, perfect for two. Thanks for the great stay!

We both love travelling and seeing new places and understand the importance of having a comfortable space to stay while away from home. Over the years, we've been pulling bits and pieces of the things we've enjoyed from our own experiences while staying at Airbnb’s around the world and we've tried to integrate those things and experiences into our home in Tahoe. We hope you enjoy our place as much as we do!

What makes this property amazing is the location and being a short walk to all that King's Beach has to offer as well as the close proximity to the lake. A short drive away is world class winter sports, hiking and mountain biking.

This is the perfect spot for a couple, small family or people traveling with pets (with restrictions). We have tried to make our little place as relaxing and comfortable as possible with everything you would need for your Tahoe vacation. We have priced our place to be in line with local hotels and accommodations but having the conveniences of being at home.

Please be advised that there is a 10-day Maximum stay. This ensures we keep our place maintained and cleaned for our guests. If guests wish to stay between 7-10 days, there will need to an additional mid-stay cleaning to turnover linens, towels and consumables. Please reach out for further questions.

We have guests purchase the $59 damage waiver insurance through VRBO instead of requesting the $1000 refundable deposit. If a guest would rather pay the deposit, please contact us prior to booking. Thanks

We allow parking for two vehicles (during summer / fall seasons) which is hard to come by this close to the lake. We have a fully fenced back yard with a small table and chairs to eat and relax as well as space for your pets to run around.

Our place is part of a duplex unit and has it's own private back yard.
