Rocky Falls Retreat is your 11.5 acre paradise nestled in the heart of the Blue Ridge and Appalachian mountains. As you pass over our creek and through the gates, you will be in awe of the majestic, long range mountain views. Stepping into "Your Home Away Home", you will feel pampered. Every detail has been done with you in mind and no expense has been spared. There will be surprises all around to the delight of both young and old. For the chef at heart, there is a FULLY stocked compact Chefs' kitchen and a gas BBQ. Both summer and winter evenings are complete under the stars by the cozy fire pit. Our Starlink High Speed internet will keep you in touch with the outside world as you enjoy the tranquility and beauty of your mountain retreat. Rocky Falls Retreat has something for everyone.

Beautiful sunrises and sunsets

It is beautiful setting and the accommodations were very nice. We had great time and kitchen is well appointed. The road into the property is steep and a high clearance vehicle is recommended.

Beautiful

Everything was so nice and clean , we do hope someday we will go back and stay there again, So peaceful and quite .We have stayed in alot of vac rentals and i can say this one was the best, Thank you again for renting out your beautiful cabin.

Incredible

The house was perfect for our 4 under 7yrs plus 6 adults. The porch was great for the energetic kids. The evening fire-fly (lightning bug) show was phenomenal. Quite peaceful with beautiful views. We would stay in this home again when in this area.

Gorgeous location, immaculate inside and fully equipped. The view is extraordinary! Millie and Manny were in constant communication and very helpful. Enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. The only complaint is the condition of the road leading up to the house. Four of us had big Harley and plenty of riding experience, none of us manage it up the drive. Loose rock and dirt, BE CAREFUL!

Relaxing and beautiful vacation!

Rocky River Retreat was so beautiful and peaceful! The host had everything we needed and more! Our family enjoyed the jacuzzi every night! The kids loved playing darts, shooting pool, and air hockey. We loved the amazing sun rises’s and sunset’s! It was just what we all needed for our relaxing and peaceful vacation! The mountain views were exquisite right from the beautiful front porch. All the beds were super comfy too.

My review

Personally me renting all around this property, this cabin has showed me that out of all the places I’ve gone too this has been the cleanest and most tranquil estate I’ve been in. It’s has a great game room and for me it was small paradise thank you, for the opportunity to come and visit your cabin.

Beautiful house off the beaten path

The house was perfect. It was clean, gorgeous, and had spectacular views. There are many different things that were done that were very thoughtful. We stayed the weekend and had the most wonderful kayaking float. The one downside was the road up the mountain was difficult for our vehicle because it had rained the week before. Everything else was prefect.

Amazing from beginning to end!!

This was an amazing experience! I cannot begin to explain how great this place is. The home is beautiful, so well stocked with everything you could possibly need and SO CLEAN. If you come to this place and say there's nothing to do, you aren't looking. The views from this place are the best we've ever experienced. Literally, from sunrise to sunset, the beauty can't be beat. Last but definitely not least, the hosts who shared their home are the best we've ever experienced. We've been using HomeAway / Vrbo for 10 or 11 years and have stayed many places. These wonderful people are so welcoming. They responded to us so fast with any questions we had. We are leaving feeling as though we've made new friends. We will not stay anywhere else. This is definitely our getaway place. We are looking forward to our next visit here. This place is perfect in every way you could imagine. Definitely recommend for family, friends or just a couples retreat. One visit and you'll be hooked just like us!

This home no only has an amazing view but every aspect of our stay can be described as Amazing! Special thanks to the owners who offered so much support to our family when they learned our visit was to attend the service of our dear 104 year old mother! Very nice vacation get away.

El lugar muy lindo, espacioso y limpio, la casa en general muy equipada. La cocina tenia todo lo necesario y mas, la sala de juego super linda y con muchos juegos, la host super linda persona y amable. La propiedad super grande y espaciosa,. La cabaña tenia muy lindos toques que te hase sentir bienvenida. Como el sign de bienvenida y la cajita de regalo..muy lindo todo, definitivamente una cabaña donde vendria nuevamente.

Amenities unlike we've had elsewhere. Responsiveness from the Garcia's was superb. Felt like we became friends though we've never met. I wish we could come more often.

Best Place To Stay

The stay here met all of our expectations and more! The view was absolutely breathtaking and Millie and Manny were amazing hosts! They make sure they’re available if there are any problems and they really go out of their way to make sure their guests have an exceptional stay. The hot tub, pool table, air hockey table, etc were in great shape and they provide many things most places don’t. *I would note that the driveway is quite steep and is gravel so may not be suitable for rwd cars in some circumstances. We didn’t think of that and couldn’t make it up the driveway right when we got there because it had just rained. It wasn’t a problem the rest of the trip but just figured that would be a good tip for any future visitors. We will definitely come back, it was an amazing trip and I would say it was the best experience I’ve had renting a cabin

I have noted on our profile that we recommend a 4x4 in winter but I’m going to make sure I include the info on the gravel driveway and your recommendations. You are great!
