Ideally placed to enjoy the activities and leisure of the seaside resort, the rental is located in the quiet residence “Les Hauts de la Noëveillard”, a privileged vacation spot just 600m from the blue flag beach of “La Noévélard”, the marina, bars and restaurants.



The house has two double bedrooms upstairs (beds: 140x200). On the ground floor, the open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, microwave, top refrigerator, filter and capsule coffee makers (Senseo), dishwasher, toaster, kettle and various kitchen appliances (electric wok, mini chopper...). The dining-living room has a television and gives access to the terrace with furniture: sun loungers, table for outdoor meals, electric barbecue and awning. A shower room and an independent WC complete the rental.

For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, an additional fridge-freezer, a baby bed and a chair booster seat are also available.

The residence allows you access to: a heated swimming pool (open from May 17 to September 13), tennis courts, bowling green, club house with ping-pong tables and a play area for children.
