Discover this charming 2 rooms of 30m² that can accommodate 4 people, with its parking space and terrace with a breathtaking view of the bay of Cannes!

• LIVING ROOM: Includes a sofa bed (160x190), flat-screen TV and dining area. Room with access to the terrace.
• KITCHEN: Fully equipped, includes 2 burner hob, Nespresso, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine
• ROOM: Standard size bed (140x200) with wardrobe
• BATHROOM: Vanity with sink, shower, separate toilet
• EXTERIOR: Loggia with dining area, overlooking the Estérel Mount

• Additional information:
The apartment on the 1st floor in a secure residence.
Private parking: a parking space is available in the basement of the residence.
Swimming pool of the residence (closed in winter). Access to the pool is through a bracelet, the loss of this bracelet will be charged €50 (purchase price).

• Cleaning:
The apartment as bedding and linen are cleaned exclusively by professionals, before and after rental (service included).
We provide you with a pair of sheets and a large bath towel per person. Any additional or degradation will average fees. Thank you for asking us in advance.

⚠️ Summer:
In order not to penalize your stay as well as that of the next tenants, thank you for making sure to remove as much sand from your belongings and your clothes/ shoes before entering the accommodation. Please do not put sand in the shower!
The use of towels provided as beach towels is prohibited, and may be penalizing, for a fee. Thank you for your understanding.

The landlord of this property is very unresponsive after my stay when my deposit was overdue now for 25 days since my stay. She also didn't reply to my WhatsApp msgs, emails or calls.

Nice little flat

Clean and comfortable. Small and basic. I was in Cannes for a conference and it served me well. 10 mins walk to a bus stop and a further 5 -10 minutes to Cannes. I didn’t have a car, but if you’re happy to walk 5 to 10 minutes, then it’s fine. The complex is rather confusing and quite a long walk from the front gate to the apartment.The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. It is very small and there isnothing beyond two coffee capsules to keep you going when you arrive.Instructions for checking in were a little confusing as various videos were sent on how to access the apartment. I have a document with pictures would’ve been easier?Communications with the agent was good though, and I would stay again.

Joli appt . Mais le canapé lit très très difficile à manipuler , alors il est resté ouvert ….. pas de couverture ou duvet pour le lit , Si non julie a fait ce que elle pouvait avec l’aide d’une collègue Qui a pu nous brancher sur le wifi. Le vue de la terrasse est magnifique. La piscine et le park
