Welcome to our Blue Mountain getaway! Our classic Blue Mountain townhome is comfortable and inviting for your family or small group of friends. Located right beside the 18th hole at the famous Monterra Golf Course, we are just a 2-minute walk away from The Blue Mountain Village, where you`ll find an abundance of year-round restaurants, shops, and activities.
Rivergrass Pool and Hot Tub - POOL CLOSED FOR THE SEASON - HOT TUB OPEN YEAR-ROUND
The hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the pool and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the hot tub.
The space
With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full pull-out sofa bed in the living room, our place comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The main level features an open-concept layout, with the kitchen, living room, and dining area all situated on the same level, making it easy for you to dine and enjoy time with your special people.
During the winter months, enjoy the convenience of a short walk to the ski slopes, while in the summer, enjoy golf, take a dip in the community pool or relax in the hot tub. Due to its great location, our place is close to all of the great amenities, yet still offers peace and privacy, ensuring you have a truly restful and rejuvenating vacation. We look forward to hosting you!
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full range of appliances and cutlery, everything you need to prepare delicious meals and snacks for you and your guests while on vacation. Feel free to use the outside BBQ! All you need to bring is the food and seasonings! Across from the kitchen is the dining area where you can enjoy your meals while admiring the golf course views.
Kitchen is equipped with:
1. Stove/range
2. Fridge/freezer
3. Dishwasher
4. Microwave
5. Coffee machine, Kuerig machine and blender
6. Full utensils and kitchen stuff
Living room:
Sit back, relax, and watch your favourite TV shows on the flatscreen TV while warming up by the gas fireplace. The living and dining room area are surrounded by large windows, making these areas appear bright and open. Beside the living room is the door to the outdoor BBQ and open backyard.
Bedrooms:
This home has 2 spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a Queen bed with an ensuite washroom. The second bedroom has two Twin beds. Both bedrooms have dressers to store clothing. One of the sofas in the living room area pulls out to a Full sofa bed. All linens, pillows, and towels are included in your stay.
Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.
Guest access
For more adventures and activities for all ages, visit the Blue Mountain site to find day passes, single-use tickets and everything in-between! Bring your beach towels and toys! Beach access is available. Paid parking and entry tickets required.
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
