This 3-story home sleeps up to 14 (max 8 adults would be MOST comfortable with kids in bunks/sofa bed), and it is close to the best shopping and dining in Panama City Beach. Spend your days at the beach (walk straight south on the sidewalk/crosswalk to public beach access 36 - claim your spot early). Then wind down around the shared neighborhood pool just steps from the front door. Foosball, kid basketball & other games are available in the garage/game room. Fire up the propane grill on the back patio. Enjoy the colors of the sunset and peek-a-boo beach views from one of the 2nd or 3rd floor balconies.
THE FIRST FLOOR features a private queen suite with small kitchenette and en suite bathroom. The washer/dryer area is found in the hallway.
THE SECOND FLOOR showcases the living room with a wall of windows/doors leading to the balcony and a small view of the beach. The living room contains the queen sofa bed and a rocking/swivel recliner. A large dining room table and bar seating allows for family and friends to gather ‘round near the fully stocked kitchen. A traditional drip coffee maker, a French press, and a Keurig single cup coffee maker are provided (bring your own coffee/coarse grounds/k-cups). The open floor plan enables groups to be together for cooking, dining, and relaxing. This level also includes a queen bedroom with en suite bathroom. The half bathroom is conveniently located next to the kitchen. A highchair and TV trays are available in the bedroom closet. This closet also has a Pack 'n play bed and an audio baby monitor, perfect for a family with littles. Toddlers and infants are more than welcome, but please be aware that this house is not child-proofed inside or out; young children will need to be watched at all times.
THE THIRD FLOOR offers three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a balcony, an en suite bathroom with shower and a jetted tub. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi with Eero and a desk workspace by a window. Wake up to wonderful views of palm trees and the gulf in the primary king bedroom with its wall of windows and the third-floor balcony. The third floor also has a bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin bunks and another queen bedroom. This queen bedroom and the bunkroom share a full bathroom.
