Welcome to our Condo-by-the-Sea. Many updates for you to enjoy - New flooring throughout the condo, fresh coat of paint, new w/d, new window treatments, new living room furniture with sleeper sofa and new tiling and other updates in both bathrooms!
The ocean block condo has three bedrooms, sleeper sofa in living room, two full baths, washer/dryer, full kitchen, two covered parking spaces, an elevator, outdoor pool, and a view of the Ocean which is just steps away. Located in a prime location. Park your car for the week and walk to Bull on the Beach, the grocery story, Liquid Assets (restaurant, bar, and liquor store), Candy Kitchen, Trattoria Lombardi's, Layton's, and Sunsations. This spacious condo provides you with everything you need to enjoy the week. We've included bed linens, hair dryers, a crib, high chair, beach chairs, beach toys, body boards, a folding utility beach wagon/cart, books, and board games for your fun and convenience!

Lots of space, very short walk to the beach, easy parking, host was very communicative and accommodating. Only minor downsides were a small miscommunication about parking passes (which the host resolved very quickly) and needing to bring own towels, but both were very minor.

Enjoyed our stay. Place was clean, comfy, and great location. Listing could be improved. "Linens included" in our minds means towels are included. So we were suprised there were no towels.

Great for a young family!

We loved our week in Island Cabana 102 - the host was incredibly communicative and helpful! They had everything we needed for our 9month old (crib and highchair) which made packing super easy! Highly recommend!

A Great Week at the Beach

Our condo was clean, comfortable, and a short walk to the beach. The appliances and AC worked great. The host was very helpful before our stay and contacted us during our stay to make sure that we were comfortable. We had a wonderful vacation.

Great condo with ocean view. Nice bright condo with new floors etc. Amazing location, steps from the dune to the beach. Really family friendly location! Owner is very easy to deal with and delightful!

Perfect beach condo for family vacation

This property is lovely. Proximity to beach is perfect and it seemed like a quieter part of town. The owner has gone above and beyond with allowing access to beach chairs and beach toys for kids. The condo is well equipped for a family vacation with great kitchen appliances and family games. It is clean, has a pool and hit all of our family needs.

Brief Summer Stint in OC

The property was great. Parking and location were ideal and there was a good bit within walking distance. Communication with the owner / manager was flawless and she was extremelt helpful with lots of food and activity recommendations. All of which were top notch. Our stay was just a few days but we are already hoping to come back next year for a much longer stay.

Cozy place by the beach

Really great location a few feet from the beach itself, you can somewhat see the ocean, but it dosn't really matter that much. Sit on the balcony in the morning and listen to the sea, that won't be an issue b/c that location is away from the main road. Rest of the Apt was pretty nice, fairly updated....and there is a pool on the 2nd floor, if you are lucky, it's empty and all yours!!!

Close to the beach, comfortable condo

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. We love the short walk to the beach without paying oceanfront prices. Close to all the mid-town establishments. Plenty of comfortable seating in living room. We all slept well. They recently updated the flooring throughout, and the bathrooms were remodeled with new tile. They provided beach chairs, which was a great help! Building was quiet, parking convenient under the building. Everything we could want in a vacation stay!

Ocean City Family Friendly Condo

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! Maryam was very easy to work with and gave us a later check out time. The storage closet with all of the beach chairs and boogie boards was very beneficial. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable! The only thing missing for me was a skillet to make breakfast with. Thanks for sharing your your beautiful seaside condo! ~The Pletcher’s

First and foremost, the host Maryam was exceptional. She got back to you in a very timely manner. The place was just as described but even better. Perfect for a group of 7 to 8 or less. Everything was provided for other than the bath and hand towels, and kitchen towels, but that was clearly stated. Would definitely stay there again without a doubt!!! Also want to add that area is very quiet so if that’s what you’re looking for it’s perfect but also located to everything you need.

By far best place condo we’ve stayed in!

From start to finish great communication with Maryam. Everything she listed was very accurate. Condo was very clean and updated. Quiet comfortable and felt like home. 2 parking spots under condo and safe/secure. Everything you need she supplies. We were impressed she even had laundry detergent because most places don’t supply you with that.( Even a crockpot!) Plenty of room and if you have kids perfect set up! We will definitely stay here again!! Thank you Maryam for letting us stay at your beautiful place. Highly recommend!

Sisters weekend

We had a fun time at our recent stay. The condo was very clean and accommodating and met all our needs. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Dual carafe/pod coffee maker was perfect. When we arrived was a little confusing to confirm we had the correct building. Building is called 'Island Cabana #9' displayed on side of building. We were looking for a building named 'Condo-by-the-Sea #9' but we figured it out based on the directions on the link which were spot on. Thank you so much for the welcome basket! It was perfect! We thank you again for the fun weekend at your lovely condo.

Fabulous condo! Easy, short walk to the beach!

I went on vacation with my parents (in their 80's), and with my son (28). We all had a lovely time. Condo was everything we hoped for. Beds and sofas were comfortable, plenty of blankets and kitchenware. Great location with many things within walking distance. Beach was nice size and not crowded. Any more north and you start to get into the high-rises which is more crowded. Take note, at the time there was no hairdryer. I will mention it to the owner, but you may want to bring yours. We will definitely return to this vacation rental!

Simply Amazing

This was quite honestly the best rental experience I’ve ever had. The property was wonderful and Maryam could not have been kinder. I would highly recommend this to anyone and personally will not stay anywhere else if we have future visits to OC.

Family trip

This unit was perfect for a family vacation being close to the beach on the ocean block and a quieter street. Unit was clean and comfortable and Maryam very responsive to any questions we had. Several good choices for takeout nearby as well. Enjoyed our stay!
