Family holiday

The villa is just lovely, really well equipped and clean. Great pool and the views are just incredible. Close to Tucepi and Makarska which are fab seaside towns. Good range of supermarkets less than a 10 minute drive away. The villa owner was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. We had an amazing time at this villa. Perfect spot for a family holiday.

The check in was good and the house is clean and comfortable. Marinko the house manager was very helpful. My daughter’s room had an ant infestation on the first night. She slept downstairs. He came round with spray the next morning and sprayed the room and cleaned up. He also brought some oven gloves which weren’t there and needed for cooking. Kitchen cupboards don’t have handles and this is a pain when the touch system doesn’t work. The house was advertised as having a games room which it no longer has. This was a disappointment as the children thought there would be the items there as described - ps3, table footbal, darts. There isn’t designated parking and it is pot luck to get a space. The distances and times given to get to Tucepi were optimistic and gave the impression that it was much closer to Tucepi when it is in a distinct village up the mountain.The boiler broke so we had one night without hot water. Marinko replaced the boiler the next day which was impressive! The house is comfortable and in a lovely position. Views from the pool are beautiful. The air con is great and all the equipment works really well. Instructions for to etc would be useful. I’m used to having a ‘guidebook’ when I rent a property with notes about the house and local features. I know we are now in the digital age but this would have been useful. We felt the decoration was a little bland but that might be our taste! - the twin room could do with a bedside unit.

Postiv:- super Blick auf das Meer, die Berge und die Umgebung- moderne leise Klimaanlage- schallisolierte Fenster- gute Matratzen- großes Haus in recht ruhiger Lage Negativ:- das Haus ist renovierungsbedürftig, abgewohnt, abgenutzt, unpraktisch, lieblos und unpersönlich- WIFI mit schlechtem Empfang (nur über Mobilfunk)- keine Fliegengitter vor den Schlafzimmertüren bzw. -Fenstern (trotz der vielen Mücken, Motten und Fliegen)- Terrasse am Pool ab Dunkelheit nicht nutzbar, da keine AußenbeleuchtungFazit:Es ist die Vielzahl an Unzulänglichkeiten und Kleinigkeiten, die das Gesamtbild eher negativ erscheinen lassen.

Bezaubernde Aussicht

Das Ferien Haus überzeugt mit einer unfassbar schönen Aussicht und einer ruhigen Lage. Leider ist man immer auf ein Auto angewiesen da die Siedlung doch etwas abgelegen ist. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schlicht eingerichtet. An einigen Ecken sind Temperaturen nötig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt ein Schöner Urlaub mit Verbesserungspotential.

Viel Platz, schöne Umgebung und gute Betreuung bei Ankunft und technischen Fragen. Die Ausstattung könnte noch etwas optimiert werden (W-Lan wackelig, keine Eierbecher).
