Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 200 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the hallway with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room You have access to the 30 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 1 board), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Storeroom Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed and lounge. Bedroom with 1 double bed, lounge and TV. You have access to the 8 sqm balcony. Bedroom with 1 single bed and (appropriate only for children) and lounge. Bathroom with jacuzzi, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Donji Proložac. The holiday home is located on a 900 sqm enclosed plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) in a carport.
