This spacious house, semi-detached on one side (The neighbors are a very nice young couple) can accommodate up to 6 people with its 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds, 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a bedroom open to a mezzanine with a 180 cm bed. The house also has 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets.<br>A south-facing terrace and a small semi-inground salt swimming pool of 10m³ (depth 1m15) to refresh you in a shaded garden with trees.<br>Located in the heart of Saint Jean de Marsacq, a small village located between the Adour and the ocean, you will be only 15 km from the beaches and 1 km from the nautical base of La Marqueze.<br>There is also a free shuttle service in the summer to Capbreton. A mini market, bakery, tobacco shop and other small shops are a 5-minute walk away.<br>Our house is located right next to the church and cemetery, for thrill seekers, but don't worry, we are never bothered by the neighbors! <br><br>Equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, wifi, television, video projector...
