So many great things about our stay at the Emerald Bungalow! Location was great to access trails and walk downtown. The home was very clean, spacious, and welcoming. Plenty of parking in back of home. Kitchen was well-supplied and a fun coffee bar was available.

Incredible stay- will come again! Location is unbeatable. Walkable to the square (coffee, restaurants, ice cream, bookstore and more) and bikable to the Razorback Greenway from the back door. Less than 10 minutes drive to the best trailheads. And the house is exactly as pictured- gorgeous, well decorated, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and lovely patio. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful and spacious home right in downtown Bentonville. We loved walking into town for food and biking to all our favorite trails. This location can't be beat.The living spaces were great and offered lots of room for our group of 7 people to relax, cook, and hang out. The patio was an added bonus given the good weather.Beds, bedding and towels were all very nice. The home was clean and tidy. Appliances were new and worked well; the air fryer was a nice plus! Owners were easy to communicate with and live just down the street. Bike storage in the garage was very convenient.Overall we really enjoyed our stay and were so glad we chose this rental. Hopefully we'll be back soon!

Great property

We loved everything about the stay. The house was equipped with everything you would need and was cozy and comfortable. The patio with fire pit was the perfect way to enjoy a fall weekend.

Fantastic rental experience. House was clean, fully stocked, with comfortable beds. It was quiet inside, and had a nice outside area for sitting in the evening. The host responded very quickly when contacted. Check-in was super simple, booklet of instructions inside the home was detailed and complete. Nice parking area for our two vehicles. Safe area, close to downtown. We would certainly recommend this property!

Well located and immaculate!

This is an excellent choice for enjoying the Bentonville area. Walkable to downtown and Crystal Bridges. Natural areas close by and lots of restaurants to choose from. For couples, having two king-sized beds available is so appreciated. Everything is perfectly clean and this place has everything you need for a relaxing home-away-from-home!

Weekend Stay

Great location downtown with a short bike ride to restaurants or the All American trial head. The house was great with plenty of space for our two families. It is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!
