Our newly renovated Farmhouse is centrally located in Southold with easy access by bus, train or car. Enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises over the farmfield. Spend an afternoon exploring the beauty of the North Fork, soak in the sun at one of the beautiful Peconic Bay or Long Island Sound beaches, enjoy live music at numerous wineries and/or breweries, browse unique local finds at one of many antique and/or quaint shops, and don't forget to stop by the bountiful farm stands. Cool off with a dip in the heated saltwater pool, enjoy dinner under the stars and reminisce around the fire pit.

Wonderful stay!

Thank you Susan for a wonderful stay! It was so nice having towels and sheets available in the house. We didn’t have to bring a thing except for our clothes. It’s also a perfect location. Everything is under 10-15 minutes away. We enjoyed the backyard with the fabulous pool. Inside was so cozy too, we especially loved the fireplace and comfortable beds. We hope to be back!

July 4th Weekend in Southold

Our family spent the July 4th weekend in this beautiful home. The property is amazing and the house was perfect. The house was clean and organized and extremely well stocked. The check-in process and communication with the host was seamless. Overall excellent in every way, highly recommend.

Wedding weekend

We rented this beautiful house for a long weekend. Wed.-Sun. It was just perfect! The bedrooms worked out very well for our adult children. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. We loved the pool, it was very enjoyable. We had a wedding in Southold and the house was very convienant for the church and reception and also the LIRR. Great house for our family!

Great Stay!

Our family stayed for a week at the house and it was great! The owner was extremely communicative and the house had everything we needed. The rooms were a little smaller in person which was not a problem but with a baby and two toddlers it was a little tight. The backyard is amazing and the best part! The pool has a safety cover which is great for a family with kids concerned about safety. You can easily walk into town and get to Greenport within ten minutes. We would absolutely rent again!

A relaxing weekend!

My family and I had the loveliest weekend. The kids enjoyed the pool, the dog loved running around in the big yard- the pool house was perfect for playing games and relaxing. The house was so clean, stocked, beautifully decorated, and the hosts couldn’t have been more gracious. Such a special place!

Just what we needed!

We had an amazing time at the house, whether we were just hanging out in the pool all day some days or venturing out to town and nearby activities. It felt like everything we wanted to do was only a 5-10 minute drive! The home was super inviting, so it felt great unwinding each night with the family. The kids had a great time and we loved it.

Great Southold home!

Our stay in this home was exactly what we were looking for. The home was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed and more. The pool was delightful and location was perfect. It was a great spot for everyone to do exactly what they wanted to do during the day, beach, vineyards, shopping, and then meet up for a fun bbq dinner and lawn games each night. Susan was very quick to reply to any questions we had. We will have great memories of our vacation in this beautiful farmhouse!

Great Space!

Loved staying here with our family (young children and adults). The backyard is incredible - great pool house that we spent alot of time in, nice grill area, outside seating areas, and amazing pool that is always warm with the retractable cover. About 10 minutes from town of Greenport by car and a short walk into the town of Southold and near the grocery store - we spent alot of time exploring both and there are a ton of great restaurants and things to do. Susan was incredibly responsive and helped with any little thing that happened immediately. The house was very nice and clean and had everything that we needed including great kitchen tools and beach gear very easily accessible and clearly labeled/described as to where it was. The slight negative is that you are right near the busy road and gas station so there is some street noise and not great sidewalks to walk around on. But this negative is not something that would stop us from staying in the house again or recommending it to our friends/family. The amazing backyard makes up for it many times over - it is a real oasis!

Great vacation home

Comfortable and updated home with a big kitchen and many indoor and outdoor eating areas. The backyard is huge and peaceful and the pool is always warm. Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic house and location

We had a wonderful stay at this farmhouse. Beautifully up to date and decorated. The house has everything needed. The lawn/pool house is also great to entertain the kids. The hosts were extremely responsive to any issues or needs throughout our stay.

The Perfect home away from home!

This property is absolutely perfect for a family getaway. The home is beautiful and comfortable down to the wonderful fluffy towels and the cuddly throw blankets in the living room. We loved this house so much! Wish it would have been warmer so we could have used the pool.

Great stay!

Overall experience was great! Check in and out process was quick and easy, location was easy to find, and the house was as advertised! I came here with my husband and mini french bulldog for a small getaway/ baby moon. We wanted a relaxing house with a big grassy area for our doggy to run around and have fun. Definitely had a great stay and was also around good restaurants options. I’ll recommend this property and will be coming back!
