One of our most popular homes perfect for the Golfer, close to retail stores, restaurants etc.,
This thoughtfully designed and decorated 2 level family home-from-home.
A few minutes from the clubhouse/restaurant. This lovely home is enclosed an award winning golf course. 24hrs security. Free TV . W-ifi.
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, more than adequate parking . The interior professionally decorated to a very high standard
Close to main supermarkets, shopping close by at Posner Park, A short distance to Disney
Fully fitted kitchen comprising; with all major appliances stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, electric mixer, dishware, cutlery, glasses, cups, mugs etc. Full bedding and towels are supplied
Free Cable TV, free Wi-Fi , free local calls. Free parking for 2 plus cars on the drive and off street.
Family sized pool (heating is available at an additional cost), outside table and seating/loungers to soak up the Florida sun.
Within a short traveling distance to the major attractions, supermarkets, designer outlets shopping, and other golf courses.
Approx 1 hr 20 mins drive you can be the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic beaches, Tampa Bay, Daytona, NASA Space Center, Busch Gardens, Legoland, Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island - to name a few!

The perfect location for a family get together from multiple states!

Very well appointed. It had everything I needed, especially in the kitchen. It had all I needed and more for cooking. Same in den and bathroom.

Nice place.

The downstairs bed is absolutely terrible. If you move it makes loud noises. Its like sleeping on a board. NOT comfortable....

Rude service and would not use White Swan again

The villa was large and as described. Internally the only issue was the quality of the towels which were stained. These were taken away by management. On arrival the pool deck and netting was fiflthy! Staff came to clean it the next day, after reporting this, they explainied how busy they had been! Not my concern although I feel I was gracious about this. Around day 9 the pool was discoloured. The next day it was distinctively green. Again, we got in touch with management who explained the they needed an electrician to cange the board. We were without a pool for 4 days. No apology or explanation until we asked why it was still dirty. We were offered a 4 day refund for pool heat. We requested a refund for the inconvenience of not having a pool regardless of heating and that was when communication became very difficult. Emails were ignored. When repeatedly prompted we would get ignorant, abrupt and rude responses. I requested the owners contact details, which was refused. Lastly, weeks after returning home, i was asked to suggest a resolution! Enough was enough. This could have been such a fantastic holiday let, had we felt we had received value for money and decent customer service.
