3 bed / 2 bath, older, but updated manufactured home with tropical backyard. Sleeps up to 8 . However it has 2 queen beds, 1 full sized bed.
A twin size floor mattress can be added upon request.(please book this during your booking.)
(Travel trailer in backyard share exterior spaces + pool.) (if you want the property private, you can add the daily rate for the travel trailer (without cleaning fee or taxes) if the travel trailer isn't booked yet and have the property private)
The fenced backyard has palm trees, a huge pool, enclosed room, hammock and several seating areas. Cooking supplies. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, microwave and new stainless steel fridge, but minimal pots, pans and dishes.
All bedroom have a queen size or full sized bed. Pictures don't show all the furniture yet.

Enclosed room: sectional sofa
kitchen: stools by the bar, dishwasher. stainless steel fridge, microwave and stove.
Bedrooms: Some are full size, owners suite is queen size. 32" tv.

Outdoor + pool toys available. Also some indoor toys.
Pets need to be housebroken, friendly and on the booking.

Really fun quick overnight stay!

The neighborhood is not pretty, but it didn't affect how great this stay was. The pool was clean, warm and fun to hang out at. The house inside was comfortable and the master had a nice updated bathroom. The outdoors was the highlight, though! The screened patio was perfect for cards and cocktails.

My family loved the house, my girls enjoyed the pool, everything was clean, we could smell the lavander fabuloso as soon as we entered the house, comfortable beds, bathrooms were clean, my wife loved the hammock. We recomend it

Cocoa Vacation

Great property, great location. I brought my twin 7 year old nephews on vacation from North Dakota. We came down for a long weekend and had a great time. The property had everything we needed.

Sehr schönes Haus mit traumhaftem Pool

Einfacher Check in, alles sehr sauber. Das Haus ist sehr groß und die Betten bequem. In der Küche findet man alle nur erdenklichen Materialien zum kochen und backen. Der Pool ist riesig, warm und sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nice Design and Comfort

The property was pretty and well-designed. However, the neighborhood was a bit strange, and the fact that someone may stay in the trailer on the property at the same time was a little odd. Still, the kitchen, sitting rooms, and amount of space was good for a group, and the pool was really nice!

Nice comfy but needs attention

Enjoyed our stay, property needed a few updates and looked like a project in motion…kitchen very nice, ice maker did not work… bathroom in master was nice but no water in tub, shower did not work, second bathroom was nice but shower head was broken… broken window with no curtain in the dining room, living room nice but sparse…all beds very comfortable but needed maybe a nightstand to put a lamp on or your phone… back porch very nice, door were partially blocked making it difficult to get to the pool area… as I said could be a very nice place with some work

Just wanted to use the pool...

You get what you pay for with this property, which we already knew coming in. However, there were things portrayed in the listing that just weren't accurate, and we believe you should know before you book. To start with, there was many small things that didn't work (a light, bathroom window wouldn't open and there's no exhaust fan, the front screen door wouldn't stay shut, etc.). That's fine. There were no shades/curtains in one of the rooms and you could see right into the room from outside. And when we got there, we had no way of getting in, and the owner would not answer the phone. About 10 minutes later the neighbor/"the cleaning lady" came and unlocked the door for us. Then there was damage all over the place-- holes in the wall, paint scratched off, hammock was broken, the pool furniture was old and falling apart, etc. There was also beer bottles in the bushes and cigarette butts in the planter. She mentioned the people that stayed previously had dogs that caused much of that damage. In my opinion, the damage should have been fixed/cleaned up before new visitors come to stay at the home, but whatever. We were pretty understanding of that. The main reason we booked this place was so the kids could use the pool. However, it was really *dirty*. We told the property owner our concerns and she came right away. She gave us the correct wi-fi password and graciously agreed to refund our cleaning fee if she was able to clean it for us that day, since her pool people had not come to clean it. Mind you, we had the place booked for 2 nights. She left the vacuum on that first night. The next morning, the pool was not clean. The vacuum did not finish cleaning the pool and the kids were not able to get in until that night, when it was rainy and cold. And we left the next morning. We told her we were unhappy because the deal was to get the pool clean so we could use it the next day and it wasn't, so we would like half our money back, since we only got half of what we paid for. She declined and told us we could leave if we wanted. Apparently, in her eyes she did everything she could to straighten out the matter and that was enough. Even though we did not get to use the pool for three-quarters of our stay. Oh, and the place is not as nice as the pictures look. Oh, and the neighborhood is super shady. Just saying.

Fit the need

The pool was nice but the pictures were when the pool furniture was new and not current. The furniture was sparse but the owners were very accommodating and were easy to communicate with.
