Entrance (1.08x4.93) with cupboard and washing machine.
Bedroom (2.35x2.79) facing east to the rear: 2 single beds (90cm) close together.
Bathroom: washbasin, bath and WC.
Lounge/living room/kitchen (18m2) opening onto the veranda: pull-out sofa bed for 1 and TV.
Kitchen area: 4-burner ceramic hob, top fridge, grill oven and microwave. High table for lunch.
Underground parking
This flat is ideal for a couple with children. The location close to the "Notre-Dame" beaches, the marina and the Hossegor marine lake and cycle paths is really pleasant - the "South" and "Central" beaches are also within walking distance. Private underground parking in the residence next door, the ocean terraces are a plus, and the restaurants and beach huts are within walking distance.
Out of season, please contact us for a heating package. Also out of season, other arrival and departure days possible.
Linen is not included in the rental price. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
