Direct private frontage on the Ogunquit River. Drop in your kayak, paddle board or inflatable tube and go. Spectacular west facing river, marsh, & wildlife views and sunsets second to none. PLUS, a right of way path across the street offers beach rights on 70 feet of private beach on the southern end of Moody.
This is not a public way, but a deeded right of way with its own set of steps leading to your section of Moody. Walk to Ogunquit, Marginal Way, Perkins Cove.
The open floor plan features 7 sun filled rooms, water views, 3 bedrooms (master has
a king bed) , 2 full baths, large open living-dining room, central air, and a large private rear deck overlooking the river and marsh. Newly renovated kitchen with Bosch
appliances, granite countertops & island. New 8 foot slider that opens the whole
first floor up to the river views. 1 set of king sheets provided upon request

We're huge Moody beach fans and have been since the first time we experienced it in the
early 1990s. Moody beach is like no other- soft sand, no rocks, clean (mostly seaweed free), and beautiful sunrises. At the end of the day, it can get cool on the ocean and we grew to appreciate the warmth of the marsh side just as much as the ocean side, with its gorgeous river views and spectacular sunsets.
We searched for a property that would provide us the opportunity to enjoy both, and when Riverside came on the market, we knew this was the one.
