このコテージは清潔で快適で、ショートサンズビーチとヨークビーチの町、私にとても近いです。 2階には3つの寝室があり、1つのクイーンサイズベッドと2つのダブルベッドと4分の1のバスルームで構成されています。 1階にはキッチン、ダイニングルーム、リビングルーム、そして大浴場があります。 前庭にはピクニックテーブル、芝生の椅子、Weber炭のグリルがあります。 私たちはビーチまで徒歩3分です。 コテージは6名用です。

What a great location, so close to the beach! This rental was very spacious and worked well for my family. So many options within walking distance and many things to do in the area! York had great food and shops! We had a fantastic week!

Relaxing beach cottage

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Cottage is a short walk to the main York Beach shopping area and Short Sands Beach.

Cozy Beach Cabin

Great location short walk down to short sands beach which is surrounded by restaurants, shops, ice cream, brewery, and some great coffee and breakfast places. House was clean and the host was wonderful. Quiet street we had a great time.

Summer Vacation

The home's location is fantastic, very close to Short Sands beach and a quick drive to primary roads (Rt1, 95). The owner was very patient with all my questions and was easy to communicate with. The AC in the bedrooms was nice and the house was comfortable. Some minor negatives; The home was mostly clean, but there were a few areas that weren't. The bedroom with the queen bed is not much bigger than the bed itself. You will need to bring your own sheets, towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Cable TV is quite limited. Still, an overall positive experience.

Lovely York Beach family stay

We had a great week at the cottage! You can’t beat the location to Short Sands and all the beach shops and restaurants. The house itself has a great flow: an updated, open floor plan on the first floor + a bath with a tub/shower combo; upstairs are 3 good sized bedrooms and a half bath. The kitchen is well appointed with all necessary cookware, dishes and appliances. It was very baby friendly for our crawling kiddo as well and came with two baby gates! Would certainly stay again!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood

Very nice and clean cottage. Owners were friendly and very helpful while allowing privacy. Neighborhood was quiet and located very close to Short Sands and downtown York Beach. Enjoyed the property and was ideal for our family. Only concern was having AC only on top floor and that left the house not, but that was mainly due to some really hot summer days. Thanks for allowing us to utilize your property we would highly reccomend.
