We are delighted to welcome you to Domaine Prashanti, located in Saint-Just de Claix, just a 5-minute walk from the center of the village of Saint Nazaire en Royans and all its amenities. It benefits from a prime location, both quiet and close to numerous activities, at the foot of the Vercors and at the gateway to Royans, offering a breathtaking view of the mountains. This haven of peace is set in 1.2 hectares of wooded, fenced and secure grounds, including a private tennis court and parking area, available free of charge.
The self-contained ground-floor gîte, heated or cooled by reversible air-conditioning and a pellet stove, has three bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room and toilet, and a large living room with integrated kitchen, fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, American fridge/freezer, corner sofa convertible into a 2-seater bed, connected TV, free Wi-Fi connection, piano, games table, towels, bed linen, toiletries, laundry, cleaning and seasoning supplies. You can also take advantage of a private terrace and garden, equipped with a table for 8 people, relax chairs, garden furniture, plancha barbecue... For each room, you can request a double or twin layout, i.e. 1 king-size double bed or 2 single beds.
There's no shortage of activities on the Prashanti estate, including free unlimited use of the tennis court, jumping on a large trampoline, table tennis, bowls, the park, the hammock area, with its panoramic promenade and pond. For lovers of nature and the great outdoors, the region is ideal for hiking, climbing, caving, paragliding, skiing, cycling and fishing. You can enjoy swimming at the lake at the Marandan leisure center (6.5 km away), at the Bourne river at Pont de Manne in Saint Thomas en Royans (2.7 km away), at the Bourne river in Pont en Royans (8 km away), or at the Saint Jean Royans swimming pool (8 km away).
