Great location! The main building is a little run down but when you entire the condo it is very cozy! Clean, stocked kitchen and a fire place to warm up after the slopes. I recommend this property for families or adults wanting to be close to town.

Definitely a Group Ski condo

The place satisfied our needs. Kitchen worked well. Beds were comfy (though two were a bit squeaky). Furnishings felt a bit like a college apartment, but worked fine. While the interior of the condo was clean, the deck off the living space was a mess. Floor of the deck was filthy as was the table outside. A broken screen door was off to the side. The deck sliding door would not lock and there was no stick to put in It for security. The door also slid very hard. The shower had nice pressure.

Nice place for a family ski vacation

Property is all you need for a ski trip, nice kitchen and bedrooms are good. Very good price for the Girdwood area.

Friends Weekend

We three friends wanted a get-away where we could just chill and get caught up with each others lives. We also spent some time biking. It was a fun time with a quiet place to hang out.

Kindness and Consideration

The house was clean and centrally located in the town. It has everything you need to stay comfortably. A convenience market that had pretty much all you needed was right across the street. The views of the mountains we superb. We walked down to the river, my kids got in they had a great time. Me and my family are moving into Palmer. I have service animals and they understood and even though they have a no pet policy they understood the need of my service animals and did not fuss or create any havoc as many would try to do anything to get you out of the house. My service animals are psd animals. So they are real service animals. On the last day because we are moving to Palmer the were considerate in letting us stay a little longer so we could compete the move. They also let us check in a little earlier as we had just got off the plane all the way from Texas and were loaded down. So thank you very much for your consideration.

Weekend in Girdwood

Highly recommend! Location is perfect and walking distance to grocery store and dining. Unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Beds and pillows are comfy and both rooms had ceiling fans and portable fans! Would stay again.

Centrally located

The property was great for being centrally located to where we were travelling. It also had a market and restaurants that were within walking distance. It also had all we needed plus very comfortable beds.

Basic accomodations

We had a lovely time skiing in Alyeska and exploring the surrounding areas. This condo was relatively clean and had most of the necessities. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. It had the overall feel of a college dorm suite. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the kitchen drawers and cabinets and lack of a hairdryer. It was too cold to go outside with wet hair. The owner, although responsive to messages, was unable to procure a hairdryer when asked.

Nice place to stay

This was a convenient place to stay to explore south of Anchorage. The apartment was older but very comfortable. The only drawback was that it was situated over the Girdwood main street which was rather loud in the evening with partying, dogs, etc.

Great location. Perfect for Alyeska ski trip

Very responsive host. It's the perfect location. Its right in town A 5 minute drive to the resort day lodge and within walking distance of restaurants, pubs and right across the street from the grocery store. The condo is a corner unit on the top floor and has a hallway next to it. It's really quiet. The views are amazing. The only downside for us was that the elevator was broken throughout our stay but the host called the property manager to fix it as soon a we arrived. She was very responsive. Thanks

Convenient location

Not too far from ski hill yet conveniently located near small market and restaurants and girdwood brewery All the amenities we needed, kitchen and all were there for us to use.

Very spacious, clean, comfortable beds and pillows, great experience. The only suggestion is to change the flapper in the toilet because it is almost gone and we had difficulty flushing.
