Larger groups: The home comfortably sleeps 10. Larger groups may be considered on request for an additional fee — please message us before booking.

A $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to arrival and released after checkout. Guests also receive a simple rental agreement before their stay — the whole process takes under 5 minutes.
