Just listed on VRBO! Recently built 3 bedroom, 2 bath in the heart of Eastsound, yet on a quiet country lane with a water view. Beautifully furnished inspired by a trip to Scandinavia. Natural hues, elegant design, wood floors, European bedding, Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, fireplace, bright with lots of windows and white wainscoting. Walk to cafes, bakeries, boutiques, farmers market, bookstore. Owned and operated by the owner.
4 night min, we occasionally accept shorter stays, feel free to contact us.

Please note there is a basement apt underneath the Townhome.

We stayed for one week in the middle of August and had a wonderful time. The property is fairly new and well constructed. Check in was a breeze and the property had everything we needed. There was ample parking and we loved the short walk into Eastsound. We have stayed here before and we will stay here again.

Beautiful townhouse in a great location

This is a terrific and new townhouse close to Eastsound. We enjoyed the walkability and quiet (save a Saturday night band that played until 10 pm). The owner /property manager was terrific and a pleasure to communicate with.

Eastsound is a small town, and the townhouse was at the end with the most shops. It was a short walk to the supermarket and to a lovely bakery. The parking was ample and convenient, and it was great for one of our party that there was a charging station.

Wonderful family stay

The house is comfortable and modern. It’s walk distance to Eastsound with restaurants and grocery stores and beaches. The central location makes it easy to drive to both sides for hiking. We would stay here again.

Perfect location

Lydia is a wonderful host! The cottage was beautiful, well appointed, close to town, and the beds were very comfortable. She even was thoughtful enough to leave us home made granola, soup, treats, and milk for coffee!

Comfortable stay

It was very nice to have a lovely house to come home to after adventures on the island. Close to all the services. Walkable, had the basics for a quick trip. Lived the fire place and the fact they had an EV charger. Would stay again.

Perfect spot in Eastsound

We really enjoyed our stay, the townhome is beautiful and very well located. There is a lovely deck, perfect for morning coffee, with a nice view of the bay. We had our pup with us, and Lydia was kind enough to help us secure a sitter so we could enjoy a couple of evenings out. I highly recommend this property.

Fabulous townhome in a great location!

This was the perfect place for our family on Orcas Island. Our family has plenty of room in this spotless townhome. We walked to fabulous restaurants, shops and a beach area. We sat out on the front balcony. The fireplace was a great place to finish off the evening as well! Loved this property and this vacation!

Great location!

Great duplex home in Eastbay. Walking distance to downtown, numerous little parks, and an awesome adventure launchpad. We especially enjoyed the porch on sunny mornings. Of note, the walls are quite thin. We were able to hear our neighbors clearly- although they were in a separate building.

One of if not thee best place to stay in Eastsound. Such a short walk to the restaurants and shops (1 block) but away from all the noise. Most of the windows and the main floor deck looks out into the trees with the water in the background. One thing to note is the AC is in the main room on the ground floor so it won't help the two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. You won't usually need it since it cools off at night on most summer days. Also really liked that there was a free level 2 EV charger in the parking lot. The fire alarm is very sensitive so be careful cooking bacon :)

This Property Is Perfection!

Look no further! This is the PERFECT place for the loveliest vacation getaway ever!! The home was spotless and extremely well appointed, beautifully laid out, and just a block away from downtown Eastsound (the ideal distance from the main street!). Our family group included adults of all ages, as well as two very young children. We also rented another unit right next door, so both units together accommodated all 10 of us perfectly!! Highest possible recommendation for both units we rented -- you simply could NOT find a better location or property anywhere on Orcas! We cannot wait to book this again!!

Orcas Holiday Visit

The property was comfortable, very clean, and within easy walking distance of the town center of Eastsound. We enjoyed our stay even with an extreme winter storm and 2 county-wide power outages.

A fabulous extended family Christmas

This was a lovely property and was perfect for our stay of 5 adults. The 3 bedrooms was exactly what we needed for everyone to feel at home. The townhouse is in a fantastic location right in the heart of things. We could walk to the grocery store, bakery, coffee shop, restaurants and other stores. We were also a quick walk away from the beach (stone beach, not sand). The fireplace kept us cosy, which came in handy as it was very cold for the west coast. Lydia was extremely responsive and helpful. We loved the treats that greeted us. And we are forever grateful that we were able to stay in out of the cold when 3 ferries in a row were cancelled when it was time to check out -- a lifesaver. I would definitely recommend this place. Only change would be a bedside lamp in the downstairs bedroom as the overhead light is super bright. Otherwise a stellar stay that helped make Christmas merry.

The BEST of Orcas....Really!

What an amazing property! Brand spanking new, pristine, full of amenities, and, as they say, 'location, location, location'! The home is beautifully furnished and appointed and the town, its shops, and the restaurants in a short walking distance. The owner is local and a text away, so...who could ask for more?!?! We had an incredible stay and hope to return again soon and often. Thanks so much.

Haven Road Townhouse is nestled in a Cottage Community in a residential area.
It has a basement apartment underneath.
Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 9 am.
