Beach Bungalow - Steps to Beach!

Welcome to our beautifully appointed beach cottage! We have tastefully remodeled and refurbished the entire cottage last year so everything is new and clean. The cottage boasts a one bedroom, one bathroom layout and is comfortability sized for up to four guests. The kitchen offers all new appliances and is stocked with enough cooking utensils to please any chief. The 100Mb WiFi should satisfy any streaming, gaming or business needs and the wall mounted 65" Sony TV can be viewed from the private outside patio when BBQing or relaxing. Air conditioning (split unit heat pump) provides comfort in the summer and the living room sofa folds out to a queen bed with bedding located in the closet.

Being conveniently located 1 1/2 blocks to Dog Beach and 5 blocks to all local shopping, restaurants and entertainment, it's easy to get around town by either walking or biking. We keep two beach bicycles at the house for your use.

Because San Diego offers premier tourist destinations, the cottage is a great launching point to explore and enjoy everything the city has to offer! For us, UBER/Lift is the easiest way to get around. Be it Balboa Park, Padres baseball, Sea World, Convention Center or The Gas Lamp District, UBER/Lift is safe, easy and inexpensive.

Adorable, super clean, well-appointed cottage just a couple blocks from the beach! The bed was comfortable and the hosts thought of everything you may need for your beach getaway. Quiet and safe neighborhood too.

What a Joy can’t wait to go BACK

It was perfect! It had an awesome vibe, was close to beach, food and fun! We really were happy about everything it had to offer which was everything they promised. We CANNOT wait to come back! Oh and the bed was so comfortable!

We are Chris and Tina and we spend most of our time enjoying the Arizona desert, RVing, or traveling in Mexico. We travel extensively and frequently use VRBO/Airbnb so we know what is expected from a vacation rental.

We bought this property years ago as a rental and decided last year to completely renovate it and use it as our "get-away" place. We fixed it up the way we like it so it has pretty much everything needed to make life comfortable for us. We think it will be comfortable for you too.

この宿泊施設の特徴

OB is unique as it is a small town which makes it VERY easy to get around on bicycles or walking. Typically we park the car and won't move it for a week. The locals call it the "OB Bubble" as they rarely leave town for any of their shopping or entertainment needs.
One thing you don't want to miss is the Farmers Market on Wednesdays.....It's a throwback to the 60's with fresh local produce and creative food stands.
