Convenient to everything

First time booking with Vrbo. The host was very informative with everything we needed to know. Checked in to see if we needed anything and also quick response. Room was just like the pictures and convenient to everything.Had no issues checking in or out. Would definitely book with this host again.

Perfect Long Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was so clean. You could smell the cleaner when you walked in. The property was really nice and we loved to sit on the balcony. Overall wonderful stay and can’t wait to book again!

Super awesome stay

This condo was the best stay we have had while visiting Myrtle Beach. The condo was a short distance from all activities, food and shopping. Super clean and a great price for the location. Everything we needed was provided for us. We’d give this location 10 stars if we could!!

Short but sweet

The condo was very clean and true to pictures. We had a great view and Todd was great to work with. Our stay was cut short from hurricane Debby but the few days we were able to stay was nice!

Long Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. I didn’t cook but the kitchen was well equipped for simple meals. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and how quiet the building was. I would definitely return to this property.

Perfect for two people

My mother and I take a beach vacation every year for Mother's Day and this year we chose this location. Listing was as described and communication was flawless. And the shower water pressure was amazing! Perfect size condo for two people. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Great location.

My husband and I had a great time. Property is spacious and in a great location. The only problem we had is with the key/card. Don’t get it near your phone or it will deactivate 😬

Friendly Stay

The property was in a great location. Only one complaint-the lazy river was too fast and the tubes were filled too much. Couldn’t stay on! But, had a lot of laughs trying! Really liked the place. Friendly workers and people.

Awesome view

The ocean front view is amazing. The pools were alright, they could use some more up keep to them. The 30 second elevator ride and 30 second walk to the beach was nice. The parking garage is tight and has a pretty big drop off pulling out of the exit. Overall it was a good trip and accurate listing.

Four out of five stars

The room looked just as it was advertised. The only thing that was a little bit of a turn off was the cockroaches. I never once seen any inside the building, only in the parking garage and outside of the building. It was a great location and experience, i would definitely stay again.

The property manager was great in refunding one night’s stay.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the ocean was warm and enjoyable.The entire complex had a major water main break which wasn’t the owner’s fault. We didn’t have water for 14 hours but were we credited one night’s stay.

Everything was so seamless! Todd was so easy to get ahold of and very quick to reply. The vacation portal made it easy to track my vacation as well as the check-in and check-out process. The rental unit itself? Perfect. Updated, clean, cozy, and a perfect view. I’m definitely booking with Todd again!

Nice Beach Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. We booked the trip at the last minute and was at the rental the next day! The check-in process was super smooth. We also received updates and communications from Todd in a timely manner. The pictures are a very good representation of the condo rental. It was really nice to open the patio door and watch the sunrise. Since the property is located on the beach, we throughly enjoyed the ocean view. I couldn’t help myself opening the patio curtains to look at the ocean late at night/early morning.

OK but needs a refresh

A full month stay which was OK. Need a full refresh like paint, washing, new sofa that looks pretty used and dirty as for the sofa footrest. Mattress should be change with new sheets. Hotel overall is very clean and parking easy being part of the hotel. Unit was sold during our stay so hopefully the new owner will upgrade the unit. Being face for the ocean was excellent since no noises from Ocean Blvd could be heard.

Right on the beach

Convenient location between central Myrtle Beach and Murels Inlet. Plenty of parking in garage, although spaces are tight. Fast elevators. Condo was well equipped and clean, although carpet is tired. Only significant negative about the condo was the sliding door to the balcony. It's rollers are shot and opening/closing is a 40+ pound effort and my wife could not move it.

Good

The tub was clogged from day one but we assumed it was from all the sand and we’re not the type to complain . We had to keep shutting the shower off to let it drain. Besides that it was pretty good .

Beautiful view

Place was clean overall but definitely needed some updates. Some rusted fixtures in the bathroom. The toaster and coffee pot were disgustingly dirty. I had to scrub the coffee pot so I could use it. But the rest of the condo was clean. Conveniently located and a beautiful view of the beach. Extremely small outdoor pool with a pretty large indoor pool area. Free parking in the parking garage.

Review

I've never booked a vacation before and I'm not the most tech savvy individual. Booking went smooth and easy with all of my questions being answered quickly. I did arrive in the evening and understand things are more laid back but I had to get someone's attention to acknowledge me, then it seemed like I was supposed to know where everything was. For example I was given my room key. I went upstairs to the floor but the room didn't exist. I was in the wrong building. Thank God I was because the building you check into and the "condo" building we stayed in are night and day as far as the overall niceness of the building. The condo was perfect size for me, wife and 8yr old son. Kept clean and the water pressure in the shower was great. It was also nice to have a washer/dryer in the living space. Wonderful view that I'd definitely recommend and will be staying again as we have friends in the area.

Was a amazing stay

I took my 5 littles(age range 2 to 15) for spring break week. Hubby couldn't leave due to work. I was nervous never seeing the condo or area. But it was everything and more. Extremely clean and perfectly located. We would spend all day on the beach then the rest of the evening at the indoor pool and lazy river that stayed open until 11pm. It had a 8 in water pad perfect for our 2 year old and deeper pools for my older guys. The view was so important to me and it was gorgeous. We are definitely coming back!!
