First off, the host of this property was great! Communication was great and all was handled very well. The room itself was in good shape, a lil nicks here and there but was over all great! Pools and lazy river delivered as pictured. The view of the beach was breathtaking and excellent!

Our stay at oceans one resort was wonderful, check-in and checkout was a breeze. The building and grounds were very clean and kept up. The room was clean and comfortable. The pools and hot tub were clean and just the right temperature. I would definitely stay at this resort again.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The oceanfront view from the 11th floor was absolutely stunning and made our trip even more special. The host was very responsive and welcoming, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The amenities were in great condition, and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location. Wonderful host. Easy parking. Dolphins were playing in the surf every day. Plenty of room for the four of us. The heated indoor pool and hot tub was a great bonus as it was a bit colder outside than we are used to being from Florida.If you are looking for a beautiful location close to all of the attractions look no further than Oceans One.

I was pleasantly surprised when the host contacted me within minutes of my reservation. The condo was clean and quiet. The view was great. The only con I would mention is it needs some TLC and updating.

This was a last minute booking and we were thrilled with the accommodations and the view from our balcony. Dolphins the first 10 minutes of our stay! The rooms were spotless, and it had all the amenities we were looking for. The kitchen was complete, the washer and dryer were full size, and there were 4 chairs for the balcony. The beds were super comfy with extra pillows available. There were outdoor heated pools, indoor heated pool, lazy River, splash pads for kids, and several hot tubs, both indoors and out. The beach was easily accessible and there was an outdoor shower to wash off sand upon our return. We couldn’t have been happier.

Janet was great and very easy to work with. Her response time was impressive. We arrived late, our code for the door wasnt working, and she reaponded back to my text within minutes. We had a few minutes to wait, but Janet had us in our unit in no time. She called me to verbally confirm that we were able to enter and that our code was working. Janet was an amazing host.

We checked in thinking it was a “luxury condo” as stated in the description. Not sure where to begin on the review but for starters, the beds were absolutely horrible. Like a cheap hotel mattress that needed to be replaced 5 years ago. The kitchen microwave vent was broken and just stuffed into the cabinet above it so it would blow dust at you if turned on. The fridge had a cap missing inside of it where the freezer would drip down into whatever you had stored in the fridge so we had to use a glass bowl to catch the water. The ceiling in the kitchen had spots of black mold on it from moisture and as well as part of the vents throughout the entire condo. Toilets weren’t securely fastened to the floor. Furniture was sub par and to top it all off, the beach was closed due to “dredging” that was needed to be done during the entire stay, which was not disclosed to us prior to booking. So there were bulldozers, trucks, flat beds all throughout the day/night making noise and it was about a 1/4 mile walk to get beach access, even though it was stated that it had “beach front access.” I would not recommend this place and I’m just giving you my honest review. Not happy with the price we paid, I feel like it should’ve been discounted.

The 11th floor condo was advertised as luxury, the only thing you are paying for is the view/ location. We traveled with kids and while the pool area was good there's no bathroom near the pool area so we had to take the kids back to the condo to potty everytime which was a hassle. The interior of the building is run down and the condo needs lots of update. There are holes in the condo wall and the ceiling on the bathroom was peeling. The freezer was leaking into the refrigerator. The livingroom tv did not work. If you are used to high standard condo/hotel, this place is not for you, consider other options.

The condo is in a great location and perfect for what we needed. Love sitting on the patio each evening, listening to the waves come in. The condo was clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive to all the questions that I had.
