The Space:

Four Seasons 204 W, hosted by Current Tides, is a Gulf-front condo in Orange Beach offering direct beach access, expansive views, and a comfortable layout for group stays. With 3 bedrooms and multiple sleeping options, this condo is well suited for families or groups looking to stay right on the beach with convenient access to local attractions.



The open living, dining, and kitchen area provides plenty of space to gather, with updated appliances, a large island, and everything needed for preparing meals. The living area includes comfortable seating and opens to a spacious corner balcony with wide Gulf views, giving guests an easy place to relax and enjoy the water throughout the day.



The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bathroom, and direct balcony access. A second guest bedroom also includes a king bed with balcony access, while the third bedroom offers two queen beds. Additional sleeping space is available with a sleeper sofa and sleeper chair in the living area.



Guests at Four Seasons have access to resort-style amenities, including a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness center, and 24-hour security. A standout feature is the private fishing pier extending into the Gulf, offering a unique space for fishing, sightseeing, or simply enjoying the views.

Guest Access:

Entry to the unit is simple with our digital lock system—just use the unique code provided before your stay. Parking for up to 2 vehicles is included in your reservation total. Your parking passes will be placed on the kitchen counter for easy access when you arrive. **PLEASE NOTE: Dually trucks and/or oversized vehicles are NOT permitted to park on the premises. Reservations over Memorial Day and 4th of July will be allowed ONLY 1 parking pass per HOA policies.

Great property, located near alot of activity. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and other activities. Beautiful beaches and the private pier was nice for evening walks or fishing.with the kids.

Pretty good except not enough parking and the overflow parking is $425.00 a week which is ridiculous.

Wonderful Getaway!

This condo is amazing! Beautifully decorated and just like the photos. The location is perfect, so close to Starbucks and other restaurants and three grocery stores! We had a wonderful time. The kitchen is well stocked and very organized. The booking and checking were so easy. Parking was not crownded. Would stay here again!

Fix the ice maker.. and add a regular coffee maker... take your own hair dryer. The location is perfect. The private pier is Awesome! For fishing and looking at ocean life and sunsets! The beach was great! The Place was clean. The Complex was not overly crowded. The parking lot is small. So be prepared. Never had to wait for elevator.

The condo was gorgeous and very roomy. Loved all the “extras” to make it feel as though you are at home. We can’t sleep without fans. There were fans in the closet! Only issue was is that whomever the cleaning company is that they are using, are not doing a very good job. Floors need a really good cleaning. Other than that it was great.

Problems during our stay

The air conditioner locked up, and we couldn’t control the temperature. The thermostat required a passcode that we never received even after reaching out to the manager. The ice machine broke, and it wasn’t replaced or fixed during our stay.

This condo was everything you’d want! Spacious, nice finishes, ice maker, closet & pantry space. This felt more like a home than a rental unit. We loved the pier - great fishing and wildlife watching. The property wasn’t crowded - always parking spots, pool chairs, and space on the beach. It could be improved with a code front door knob, more hooks for swimsuits and towels in the bathrooms, and luggage racks in the closets. We will plan to stay here again!

Perfect shaded balcony with ocean view. Easy close access to beach via ramp. Private pier that is great for strolling or fishing with multiple benches. Railing was even safe for a two year old. If the indoor pool is cold ask the guard to have the heat turned up. The guard is an excellent source of information! 204W is a large unit with plenty of room for 4 adults and a 5 and 2 year old. Three bathrooms were a huge help. The two masters with king beds were perfect for our two family trip. Elevator and trash chute convenient. If you have two cars, be prepared to park one off-site. Gulf Coast Rental has the closest off-site parking about 3 miles from Four Seasons.

Not Clean, Needs Maintenance

The condo was not clean, nor did it appear to be sanitized, which was scary given COVID-19 still exits and the Delta variant is on the rise. Gnats were in kitchen and stains were in ceilings of two bathrooms from apparent water leakage. I would not recommend staying at this location.
