Excellent visit

This was an awesome property. Very clean and well stocked. We had a couple of issues/questions and the manager was very prompt to respond as well as to follow up to ensure we were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Cleaning team was shocked when they came home and everything was spotless clean, thank you sooooo much for taking care of our house. I was told you left a note, but I haven’t seen it yet. I will be back in April and get it. Thank you so much!!!

Clean and cozy place to stay

Check in was very simple. Had an incident with a busted water valve under the kitchen sink our first night. Property owner was very responsive and had a plumber come out the next day to fix the problem. Outside: Kids couldn’t use the backyard because the grass was knee high, we had some rough characters hanging out late at night right in front of the house. Inside: was very clean with air fresheners everywhere and Ella had all of the basic amenities for us. Did tell her the sliding door doesn’t lock securely and could use curtains or something to close at night. Overall, Ella was very helpful.

Owner was great, but the property not so much.

Ella was very gracious, and tied very hard to be helpful, so I feel bad but have to be truthful. The clothes dryer was broken and made doing laundry very difficult. We had to go to a laundromat. There is no dishwasher, and a small kitchen made it awkward to get dishes done. Mattresses definitely need a major upgrade. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy also. We stayed, but would not stay there again.
