The downtown area, within walking distance from the house, has plenty of live music locations, arts & crafts, wonderful restaurants, and a very generous list of free events in Sims Park. You can enjoy a farmer's market on the weekends by the library or take a 5 minute drive to the beach for a day out on the water. The options are endless.
