Welcome to the surf casita, a beachgoer’s fantasy, 2 blocks from downtown OB. This new construction has a spacious living room, master bedroom, kitchen, private patio and garden. With a daybed and extra mattress, this space comfortably sleeps 2-4. Sunbathe and read or sunset watch and dine on the deck. Take a stroll to Newport Avenue or The Cliffs. Your hardest decision during your stay will be deciding between catching waves at Sunset Cliffs, bar-hopping in Pacific Beach, or Netflixing in bed.

Charming Casita With All the Trimmings

The casita featured a lovely private outdoor space with grill, chairs and an umbrella table. Inside, we found a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable, attractive living area. The bedroom and the bathroom also showed that the landlord put time and effort into this rental. There was nothing that we lacked. In the garage were chairs, umbrellas, etc. for the beach. And a laundry for our use! Billy, thank you for providing a delightful spot so well located, near town and beach. We hope to be back again!

Cute casita

We were in town for the Rock and Roll Marathon. This cute casita was perfect for me, my husband and teen daughter. It had everything you needed and was very convenient to Ocean Beach shops and dining. The owner greeted us and let us know he was available for any issues or concerns. We had none. We will definitely be back.

Oasis in SoCal

Our visit to Ocean Beach was very relaxing especially when we started each day with coffee in the garden watching and listening to the hummingbirds. The casita was so comfortable, inviting, and conveniently located within walking distance of Ocean Beach and driving distance to many other San Diego landmarks! Great Location for USD and the Beach

We had a great stay at the Surf Casita. We chose the property because it could accommodate our family of 3 as we took our son to the University of San Diego to start his freshman year. We’re from the east coast, so we wanted space for the extra luggage and to be able to do laundry. The casita met our needs, and after dropping him off, we enjoyed the beach with the beach chairs that are available. I only regret that we didn’t have time to sit and relax and enjoy the front garden. Great property- it’s very clean and as described, and a great location for enjoying Ocean Beach.

Perfect weekend getaway spot

This was a great property for our needs. My husband and I and our adult daughter and friend stayed here for a long weekend. It was easy access for everywhere we needed to go from La Jolla to Coronado beach. We enjoyed the availability of the bikes and boogie boards and chairs for the beach. (It is a hard bike ride back up the hill to the house ;) …but just the last little bit.) it was beautiful enjoying the morning out in the front yard. Thank you for welcoming us to your lovely casita.

Perfect for our stay in San Diego

We're a family of four with two teenagers and Billy's place was perfect for us. We were out and about most of the time so really only used the home during the late evenings. It was little tight with four, but we managed fine. Billy's place is clean, well equipped both inside and out, with ample beach gear that he shares with guests. The home is located in Ocean Beach which is central to everything in San Diego and has a cool vibe. We would definitely stay again.

Intimate home in the heart of The O.B.

Super cute little house in a quiet neighborhood; other than the planes overhead. ;) Very close to the beach, the airport and the zoo! Billy was very responsive and offered everything we needed for a beach trip. We had a great time!

So close to the ocean w/free parking!!

We absolutely loved this rental. So close to the beach and with free off street parking. Most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. Perfect for couples and 1 child (maybe 2). AC was cold and added bonus. Place was clean as well. Billy was a great host!

Loved the location!

We drove in from Colorado for my sons 30th birthday. We had friends fly in to meet us. The house was very clean and in a great location to Newport st and the beach! We look forward to coming back!

Casita by Ocean Beach

We loved Billy's casita, yard and the Ocean Beach location. Good food, fun surf watching and a laid back town. We enjoyed coffee in the yard, breakfast and dinner in one of the many local restaurants. Fabulous time.

Cozy Casita!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

What a spot! 3 blocks from the ocean - 2 blocks from cafes, shops, bars and restaurants. 10 min. Walk to beach or 5 min bike ride. Bill has EVERYTHING you need for the beach! Chairs, surf/boogie boards, towels and more. So accommodating and responds quickly. Will absolutely stay here again!

Perfect little oasis

I loved this property so much. Travelled with my 10 month old and husband. Had great parking, a pack and play, high chair, cute outdoor space! Owner was very responsive. Will definitely come back next time we’re in San Diego.

Perfect location in OB

We loved this place—-so convenient to walk or ride to OB each day. Billy was very responsive when I asked about the bicycles. Great little courtyard to share a meal or just sit quietly. The grounds are beautiful with lots of blooms!

Nice cozy casita!

Nicely landscaped patio area. We grilled some steaks from the butcher down the road and they were excellent. Super comfortable living space, the daybeds are awesome after a long day of sightseeing. Within easy walking distance to all the Ocean Beach shops and restaurants.
