Clean and nice. Very good view and you couldn’t be any closer to the beach. The balcony is very small. Ocean beach is a funky little place with interesting people watching opportunities. Long popular beaches and good food and drinks. If you are looking for a place where two people can sit outside with a drink and a snack and not have the snack on your lap and want a place to set your drink this this place is not that.

Beautiful location! We had a great time. I especially loved being able to walk sunset cliffs and to OB restaurants.

Excellent experience. Condo was amazing, the view was incredible. Love that there are great places for dining a walkable distance away. Had a great time!

The view in the early morning was excellent before a total of 70 plus people were on the two small beaches/rocks below. It was great to hear the waves but you can also hear the planes. Other Concerns: 2 lightbulbs out, 1 lamp doesn’t work, white towels have yellow and red stains, beach towels falling apart, master bath shower doesn’t close, shower door handle fell off, lights have many dead bugs, thermostat constantly resets to 76 degrees.

Great place. Great view. Easy, immediate access to beach. Easy walk to Ocean Beach village. Convenient to airport, the bay, and Old Town.

Condo is in a great location, convenient to everything and plenty of space. The views are unmatched. It's so peaceful to watch the waves on the cove. The condo has some wear and tear but nothing that is going to ruin your stay. Water pressure and temperature in the condo are amazing to wash the sand off. Plenty of restaurants to walk to. Ocean Beach feels like an authentic, old school beach town, free from overt commercialization. We would stay again!

Condo was in an amazing location with a fantastic view! We enjoyed watching the sunset over the ocean each evening, and the proximity of the condo to food and the interstate was incredibly convenient.

This was an incredible location. The view was absolutely amazing and the area was wonderful. Sunset was beautiful. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

It was a great place to stay with an absolute stunning view and easy access to the beach! Very comfortable beds and comfortable feeling staying there. Sea World is right down the street and the Zoo a short drive! I only rated it 4 starts because like other reviews, we noticed some small things that definitely need a little TLC (very minor though).

This place is amazing! The view is stunning, the rooms are clean and well equipped with essentials. We did make use of the kitchen as well as the restaurants that are within walking distance. Being able to walk right down to the beach was a plus. We would absolutely love to return to the same place!
