Welcome to your spacious 947 sq ft retreat, designed for comfort and convenience. The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed for a restful night's sleep, while the second bedroom offers additional sleeping space. The full kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at your leisure. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing. This unit is ideal for families or groups seeking a cozy and inviting stay.

3 Nights at the beach

Condo was clean and comfortable with a very short walk to the beach and Broadwalk. There is no balcony in room, but there is a shared balcony overlooking a courtyard with table and chairs directly across the hall where I had my coffee in the mornings, I believe I was the only person to use this. I would definitely stay here again!

I didnt like the fact that not only was i handicap, i had to scoot across the road to get to.my room because the handicap elevator was out of order and was never fixed for the 10 days we were there. Having to pay for a parking permit when valet shouldve been for the people staying there or we couldve had access to parking in the garage was ridiculous.

The overall impression was good We were misled about ocean view. We had to leave the property to see the ocean. Requested a balcony like the pictures showed but you couldn’t even go out on the balcony. The breaker was tripped plugging in the blow dryer in the bedroom. . The water pressure was horrible. The valet was awesome so worth it. Location was right on point. When we went to check in our reservation wasn’t down there along w another couple and we had to wait.

Great not perfect

Room was very nice. Kitchen was strangely ill-equipped. No baking pan. A sponge cut in half. No extra trash bags. Strange that it’s a hotel but rented by owner on part of it, but that I can get over. Beautiful location right on Hollywood beach boardwalk. (But fyi you can’t walk your dog on the boardwalk or the beach). Rooftop locked us out due to possible winds from a storm 150 miles away (Milton) but still charged an exorbitant resort fee. Would I stay there again? If I got a discount and remembered to bring some items necessary for survival, yes.

Hollywood Beach

The unit is nice, clean on the inside. Nice furniture in the unit. This unit is more of a hotel setting instead of a condo setting. Hallways very busy and loud all hours of the day/night. Unit was missing some kitchen items that would be useful. There was no comforters on the beds only sheets. No extra blankets in the unit either. One thing to note is the price doesn’t include the resort fee of $39 USD p/ night There is also no parking you either pay $40-80 USD p/night or you park on the street and pay the meter. The owners could be quicker responding to you also.

Hello Sindy, I am sorry you didn't have the best experience. We verified and restocked the kitchen, thanks for the heads up. Resort fee and parking are not included but that is clearly disclosed on our listing and also on the confirmation emails.

We were lied to

Dishonest Host! The day before we were to arrive she messages me that the pool is being resurfaced so it is not available for use! She told me that she was just as surprised as I was about the news, but when I checked in at the front desk, I was told that she’s known about it for a month! The place has no balcony! (One of the photos shows a balcony, but it is not part of the room. )One of the bedrooms has no closet ,no dresser , not even hooks to hang anything up on …. So I lived out of my suitcase! Kitchen has no oven pans. You have to use the same dirty towels for 5 days, then they give you clean ones. On a good note….Place is clean and it is in a good location.

The rooftop pool was great and we all loved that! The furniture in the apartment was very worn and should be updated. The washer/dryer did not work and we had to use the hotel one, which cost us money. That was disappointing because we wanted to dry our swimsuits in the apartment. The stove was also old and hard to use for cooking. In general, it was a good place but the things inside need updates.

February getaway

This property was in an excellent location, steps from the Hollywood boardwalk and it’s beautiful beaches. Room was perfect with one bedroom and 2 full size pull out beds for the kids. We rented a car, but we really didn’t need it. Next time we will definitely get an Uber. Rooftop pool was true to the pictures and it was a lot of fun if you wanted a break from the beach.
