バカンス用にこのアパートを借り始めたばかりです。 これはオーシャンビューのビーチからわずか数歩で2階建て、3ベッドルーム、3フルバスのアパートです。
写真をよく見ると、ジョージアストリートの角に建つ建物が見えます。サーフロードはビーチと遊歩道の入り口にあります。
家具付きのフロントパティオ、オーシャンビュー、2つのスクリーンバルコニーがあります。
マスターベッドルームにはオーシャンビューとフルバスルーム付きの独自のスクリーンバルコニーがあります。 ゲスト用寝室には海と湾の景色を望む2つのバルコニーがあります。
各ベッドルームには2セットのシーツと掛け布団、たくさんのタオル、ヘアドライヤー、バスアメニティがあります。

Very nice apt at the best location. Part of the Boardwalk that’s not crowded. Beach is perfect. 30 sec walk. Great view from the balcony. Plenty to do for the kids. Host is very responsive.

Great place with very helpful amenities. Literally just steps to beautiful Hollywood Beach and the 3 mile boardwalk. Olga was great to work with. Top notch communication. Quiet location if that’s what you’re looking for, too. My husband and I brought our 3 school-age grandchildren and there was plenty of room for them to spread out. The decks weren’t bad, but we didn’t have the warmest weather to really use them. Plenty of towels for our 3 day stay along with extra bedding and if you’re traveling with a toddler, there were lots of amenities for them we noticed.

Everything as pictured. Exceptional stay, immaculately clean, amazing and quiet location. Steps to the beach, plenty of restaurants and activities within a short walking distance. Olga was very helpful and incredibly responsive. Our family had an phenomenal vacation!

Location, location, location!

This was our first stay in Hollywood Beach (previously visited Destin, and Panama City) this place was a perfect fit for our family. Not only were we STEPS from the beach, it was a spectacular beach! Olga was a wonderful host, our booking included access to amenities like beach umbrellas, beach towels, chairs and more!

A very comfortable home.

My crew loved the comfort of this home. Although the beach is right out the door, it’s away from the hustle and bustle of crowds. Everything you could possibly need is here. My preteen grandkids loved the second story and room to do their thing. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, three covered decks, new washer/dryer, our personal parking spot, and very clean and shiny. Hoping to get back and check out some more beaches later this year. Olga, thanks for sharing your place.

Fun getaway!

This property is in a perfect, quiet location steps away from the beach and broadwalk. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed to get our vacation started. We really appreciated the beach chairs & umbrellas! There are lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Wonderful vacation spot!

Our family loved this spot, so easy to get to the beach. Nice to have our own parking spot. Morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the ocean. We had great weather. Bliss.

Great getaway after cruise

We stayed for 3 nights before our flight left after a cruise from Fort Lauderdale, the cleanliness was unreal, our teenagers loved the boogie boards, I loved the beach chairs and umbrella, we loved the patio overlooking g the ocean. Perfect quiet chill get away after the business of a cruise . Very thankful Olga let us drop off our luggage before the room was ready

Tje location is perfect! This place is very clean and nice. There is everything you could need or want. We didn't have children but every consideration is there for them. The owner, Olga, is very responsive and helpful We will definitely stay again.

Great space for all of us and clean

Very clean and nice space for all of us. It needs some updates like fresh paint. Shower handle was broken in one bathroom. Keypad on main/entry door could use replacing. Getting in was fine but we were unable to reset the code as you cannot see the green light at all. I'm sure the salty air has worn it out over time. Overall it worked out well and enjoyed the location.

Family trip to celebrate our daughter’s engagement

We were in town for an engagement party for our daughter. We wanted to be close to the beach while also close to the festivities & our local family. This place was perfect! The location is at the quieter part of the boardwalk & next to a beautiful stretch of the beach. It was also walking distance for our kids to enjoy evenings out. The home was very well appreciated especially the kitchen as well as beach chairs & a wagon. All we needed were groceries to feel at home! We would stay again.

Perfect start

This property is amazing as well as the owner! Prompt communication, responses, accuracy, pleasant to work with, location is prime, immaculate cleaning, beach accessories. At south end of Broadwalk and within walking distance to shops and eateries, bicycle rental at corner, clean and safe neighborhood.

Broadwalk 2024

Great get a way from cold Indiana! Host was very responsive. Anytime I communicated with her she was on the spot with the answer. We are not needy travelers. Thought the place was well maintained and clean. Location is perfect and the views were nice from inside and on balconies. Will definitely look up this place again next time to the area.

Excellent location and property on beach

We had an amazing stay at this property. The location is right on the beach and everything was clean and neat. The beds sleep wonderful!! We had a minor hiccup with the AC unit upon arrival, but Olga was very communicative and the issue was resolved quickly. We will definitely stay here again. You can walk everywhere and I felt safe and secure there. Perfect set up for multi family vacation and plenty of space to gather!

Hollywood is a classic Florida beach town that’s enchanted visitors since the 1920s. Conveniently located between Fort Lauderdale and Miami Hollywood Beach features a one-of-a-kind oceanfront promenade called the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk that stretches nearly 2.5 miles along the Atlantic Ocean. This private apartment building is just minutes from the restaurants, shopping and culture of Downtown Hollywood and Young Circle’s Arts Park; the 10-acre interactive park featuring Children’s play area, interactive fountain, promenade for jogging or strolling, and site for art, concert and culture activities. Downtown is also home to unique boutiques, art galleries, hip nightclubs and cultural hot spots that offer another taste of Hollywood’s distinct flavor. We are also just a short drive from the exclusive Las Olas Blvd. shopping area, Aventura International Mall, and the extensive Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall. For those with an adventurous spirit, we have Anne Kolb Nature Preserve, Everglades Safaris and Indian Culture Museums, Sport Fishing, Diving and Snorkeling. Golf and tennis are also just minutes away. For the kids, we are a short drive from Arcade and Miniature Golf, Go-Kart Indoor Raceway, and Butterfly World.
