Experience the heart of Midtown Tulsa in this beautifully renovated and bright home. Nestled between Brookside and Cherry Street, it boasts stunning views through picture windows overlooking lush greenery and a spacious multi-level deck. Perfect for relaxation, this home offers a serene retreat you won't want to leave!

This is a dog friendly home, all pets must be approved and a fee of $100/pet plus taxes is due after time of booking. This fee is used to remove any/all evidence your furry friend was ever there. We provide extra cleaning and run an ozone machine to remove any odors that may be left behind out of courtesy for future guests who may not be bringing a pet.
Please be sure to add your pet count to the reservation.

We stayed there for a month and it was great! Very comfortable and our dog loved it! We had everything we needed and plan to stay there on our next visit to Tulsa. The host was super and we couldn't have asked for anything more!

This was our first ever attempt at this type of rental. I have to admit it was nothing short of amazing! From the ease of checking in, the sparkling clean house readily stocked with coffee, tea, snacks and personal toiletries-the wonderful backyard fully fenced for our pet’s safety- and even a corn hole game! It was so relaxing, and we hope to stay there again next year, as this is a must do again!

Working in Tulsa

I loved being able to bring my puppy on my work trip! This house is in a great location and has the perfect patio for a cup of coffee. I will defiantly rent again.

Beautiful and safe neighborhood. Hosts were easily available to help if needed. Checking in and out was a breeze. I think the listing stated 3 bedrooms with 1 room having 2 full beds but all 3 bedrooms each had a queen bed. It didn't cause any issues for us, but that might be important for future travelers to note. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Perfect Place and Perfect Host

House is in an amazing neighborhood in Tulsa. Property was very clean and well organized. It had everything we needed without all of the clutter we’ve seen in other rentals. We recently moved to Tulsa and I’m regretting not using our host, Emily Burke, as our real estate agent!

Excellent service and comfort

Stayed here for 2 weeks for work. This little gem is in a quaint and quiet neighborhood not far from Brookside, downtown, or all the shopping and restaurants you can imagine. The home was clean and well appointed. Great deck and family room. And Emily and team were very communicative and easy to reach if necessary. Very accommodating. Thank you for such a lovely home away from home.

Decent rental

Hosts had great communication. Had a small problem w/ the water heater during the stay. Host responded quickly. Repair made but water needed to be shut off for a few hours. Water temp never seemed to come back as warm prior to repair. Backyard was a concern for dogs. Escape breach, protruding rebar, & exposed nails. I made host aware. Said fence is due to be replaced in a week. Some residual dog waste was left in the yard, which I cleaned up along w/ my dog's.

Ready to sleep at home

Beautiful area. Old house with very few updates. Nice backyard for grilling and playing with kids. Beds sounded and felt like they were from 1975. Most all doors were extremely loud making it almost impossible not to wake someone when maneuvering through the house early morning. Door to bathroom would not shut. Giant crack in screen of tv. A few electrical outlets not up to code. Dark house, low energy. Wouldn’t stay or reccomend anyone staying here. Unfortunately, ehhh

Really enjoyed the property! Beautiful, well maintained, and unbeatable location. Very nice neighborhood with mature trees, rolling hills, and fantastic architecture. Would stay here again!

Great Stay!

Thank you to the property manager for a well kept home! And for answering any questions we had..quick and promptly! Home is as pictured! Home was clean and well stocked! If we are ever in the area.. we will definitely book again! Neighborhood was great! You could take early and evening walks. The neighborhood people were so kind and friendly!
