Newly remodeled home in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. Guest will enjoy this split level floor plan with two dedicated living areas. The front room offers a large seating area with a flat screen TV and is right off the kitchen/dining area. The lower level living area brings the comfort of family game or movie night with its cozy couch, TV and inviting fireplace.

After a long day out exploring all Tulsa has to offer, you can settle in for a delightful nights rest in one of our four bedrooms all equipped with flat screen TVs. The master suite downstairs has a king bed with attached bathroom for you to relax in the soaking tub or take an inviting hot shower. Upstairs you will enjoy a second master suite with a king bed and its own bathroom as well. Ajecent to the upstairs master are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other a queen with a shared bathroom.

After a great nights sleep, everyone can gather in the newly updated, fully stocked kitchen for a cup of coffee around the bar or breakfast at the dining room table.

This home also features a game room with ping pong and a flat screen TV perfect for entertainment. For those who like to take the entertainment outside, enjoy the privacy of a fenced in backyard with a patio and seating area to relax. You can spend the day grilling with family and friends and challenge one another to a game of corn hole.

This home welcomes anyone-from a couple looking to get away or family and friends in search of fun. Located in Midtown you are minutes away from all the fun Tulsa has to offer.

Close & convenient!

We did a trip for the Chili Bowl at the Expo Center. The house is located very close by. House is very clean and comfortable. The host was easily accessible and accommodating. We loved the layout and openness. Easy access to shopping, highways, and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Great family week!

This property is EXACTLY as pictured. Easiest check in and check out. Spacious with a great layout. Couldn't be more pleased. Game room in the garage is genius!

Such a wonderful stay!

We loved staying here! The host is wonderful to work with and very responsive. It was close to the expo center (the reason we were in town) and the house was so nice. There is plenty of room to relax and enjoy yourself. We look forward to staying there again next year!

Excellent stay - close to Expo Center

My family and I were in Tulsa for a junior national Cattle show. This home is very very close to the expo center. The beds are very comfortable, the house is in a good neighborhood, and the ping-pong table provided hours of fun time for my family when we were at the show. Best house I have stayed in to date!

Weekend get away.

Best stay in Tulsa

This house was perfect for our work group. The master suite downstairs has its own floor with living room. Main floor living and kitchen. Upstairs 3bed 2bath Everything was very clean very well updated. Great house

Beautiful & Clean!!

The house is very nice, clean, and well equipped. One of my biggest pet peeves when we travel is not near enough towels and cloths in the bathrooms! This house had more than enough in each bathroom for all of us, and they were perfectly white and clean!! The owner was very nice and responded quickly with answers to questions. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Tulsa house near Expo square

This is a fabulous house in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is very clean, well maintained, and well furnished. Communication with property manager was super and very helpful. 5 minutes from Expo square, Starbucks, grocery store. Less than 15 minutes from downtown Tulsa.

Lovely Tulsa home

This property was warm and welcoming. We loved everything about it. Our family met in Tulsa for an event at the Bok center. This is the perfect location. Everything about the house has been arranged for comfort and fun! Loved, loved, loved this home!

Great House close to Expo

We loved our stay here while in Tulsa for a Horse Show. Everything we needed was there at the house and it was very easy to get to after a long day. Just a few short miles from the Expo Center. The rooms and beds were amazing and so comfortable. We took advantage of the washer and dryer to get clothes cleaned mid trip and enjoyed how close the stores were to the place. Great host and communication. We appreciate everything and will definitely book again.

Perfect stay!

The house is absolutely perfect for our family while at the expo for a horse show. The layout is great. There are tvs in every room, the house is very clean and the garage is a huge bonus with a fun ping pong table! Everything you could possibly need is in this house. We booked for next year it’s so great!

Great place

Really good property for a big group. We played ping pong and corn hole and the house was big enough for our family of 10. The bedrooms were all roomy and having three master baths was great. The owner is super cool and responsive.

Tulsa Spring Break!

Property was amazing! Great for a big family or a couple of families! There was a small electrical issue. Shaun was extremely prompt at getting back with us and had an electrician there almost right away to fix it. Would HIGHLY recommend staying at Shauns property!!

Perfect place to stay!

What a lovely home! It is very nicely updated and furnished. Shaun made sure the temperature was set so it was very comfortable when we arrived. With two living areas and smart tv's throughout, we could all enjoy some down time between events that we were attending. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils & cookware if you want to do some cooking and has two types of coffee makers. I highly recommend this location, thank you Shaun!

Fabulous host and property!

The house was immaculate and so spacious. The decor was very comfortable. Shaun provided so many nice amenities. I loved that I could have coffee however I wanted it - Keurig/French Press/Pour Over/Drip, etc. All communication was quick and very pleasant. Shaun definitely made us feel welcome. I really enjoyed the neighborhood. It was centrally located and very enjoyable to walk/run around.

Wonderful home for family gathering

We had family gathering with 4 generations, and everyone said they loved this house! With the two living rooms, there was plenty of space for visiting, reading, watching TV. The younger generations loved the ping pong table, and all enjoyed sitting outside on the porches or playing in the back yard. We created many wonderful memories being together. Obvious that the host is thoughtful about the guests with many nice touches throughout the house. Only improvement would be hand railing for stairs for the seniors. Otherwise experience was perfect.

Excellent Property!

I give this home a 5 star x 10 rating! I have rented many vacation homes and this is by far the nicest! At 23rd and Yale it’s an older neighborhood and the landscaping at the house wasn’t great but….you walk inside to the most wonderful home! I mean clean, clean, clean! Wonderful furniture, very comfortable beds, pillows and bedding. I loved the kitchen❤️ We were here in Tulsa from California for a family reunion. 5 adults and 3 kids and had so much room (and bathrooms) that we were all very comfortable. The pool table was just so much fun for everyone! The photos you see are exactly how it looks. I will definitely stay here again when we visit Tulsa. Thank you Shaun!

After many years of owning long term rentals, I decided to branch out to short term rentals after a recent trip to Florida. Our family of six stayed in a short term rental posted on VRBO and had a wonderful time. The memories we had during our stay were invaluable. It was at that moment I knew I wanted to provide the same joy in my home town of Tulsa.

This split level home is set up perfectly to accommodate a large group to gather together while also providing separate spaces for everyone to relax and unwind. Two living rooms allow different groups to be entertained without distracting one another. You can relax on the font porch or use the back porch deck with bench seating. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. All new appliances, gas stove, double ovens, microwave and dishwasher. Dinning table for 8 and the granite kitchen island easily accommodates everyone for dining or entertaining. For the coffee lovers, choose one or all options. Keurig, drip coffee maker, pour over, or French press for your favorite style of coffee. Starbucks is just a few blocks away. The garage has epoxy flooring with a full size ping pong table, couch, and other seating to enjoy playing or spectating.
