Perfect location, fantastic property. Very spacious and well laid out. Walking distance to restaurants and bars and even though it's on the main street, the bedroom is in the back so we didn't have any issues with noise. Would definitely stay again. We had one minor issue upon arrival with the freezer and they came within an hour to fix it! Great communication. Thanks again, we would definitely stay here again forever back in Cody!

Amazing property, private fenced in parking in the back is great especially on busy weekends. Close walking distance to everything you could want to do downtown Cody and when staying inside, the penthouse exceeded our expectations beyond what it looked like in the pictures . Cant wait to stay again when back in Cody.

Very nice place right in the middle of Cody. Walking around was very easy and convenient. Didn’t love the carpeted stairs when entering the unit but, that’s minor in the grand scheme of things. Freezer had some frost issues too; but, that did not hamper our needs. The unit was very clean and huge. Kitchen was equipped with many extras. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony people watching :). Designated parking was available but, we were able to park right in front of the unit which was very convenient. Would stay here again.

Perfectly located in the heart of Cody for easy access to attractions and amenities. If you are visiting Sunday and Monday, caution majority of restaurants are closed. The accommodations were perfect. Easy to access. Convenient guaranteed parking. If we return to Cody, hope this place is available - we would rebook without hesitation.

This place was absolutely amazing! The location couldn't have been better—we were able to walk to some of the best restaurants, shops, and attractions in the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The bed was, without a doubt, the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, making it hard to get up each morning!One of our favorite features was the balcony. We spent a lot of time out there relaxing and people-watching, which added so much charm to our experience.Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We can't wait to come back!

The Clearwater Penthouse was a perfect place for us. The weather in Cody, WY was chilly so we didn't use the balcony but what a fun spot to be in the summer months. We walked to all the restaurants, shops and museum. The parking in back as the main street was busy so that worked the best for us. Thank you.

Great Location, and lovely getaway

This place was everything we could ask for. From the location on the main strip, to the amenities of the skylight and the jacuzzi, this was a wonderful weekend getaway. Thanks for making us feel right at home :)
