Okemo Family Friendly Getaway

Private family friendly mountain retreat with open floor plan, wood detailing with bright spacious rooms, fireplace, cooks kitchen, two decks, large mudroom (great for snow sports) and fully furnished basement ready for play. Great for multiple families, with lots of space indoors and outdoors for relaxation.

15 minutes to Okemo and Magic Mountain. Easily accessible to Bromley, Stratton and Killington. VAST snowmobile access right outside our door.

All linens, blankets, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, detergent and dryer sheets included.

This property exceeded all expectations. The house is family friendly, was immaculately clean and incredibly well-stocked. There was enough space for all 3 families to spread out. It had a great stocked kitchen, amazing fireplace, games and ping pong table. Anything we needed was there. There was space for the kids to get away from the adults in the large first floor area. The mudroom is a skiers dream come true, it was enourmous with more than enough space for everyones gear. The house was close to Okemo where we skiied for the days while there. The host, Stacey, was great to work with—prompt responses and genuinely helpful recommendations. The check-in process was seamless. Any time I reached out she got back to me immediately. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with every amenity you could need, this is the place.

Wonderful clean place. Great amenities!

We had a very nice stay with 4 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room. Everything was great. Enjoyed the fireplace, ping pong table, tv’s, grill and kitchen. Thank you.

We have stayed in several homes for ski weeks over the years and this one is top notch. We skied Okemo and it’s an easy ride. Great kitchen and fireplace and living areas are spacious and comfortable. Awesome huge ski room when you walk in to put your gear. Beautiful home and comfy beds. Showers had good water pressure and kitchen well apportioned. Would stay here again.

Friends Annual Ski Trip

This house is a wonderful home! Three of us friends from high school, with our husbands and children (ages 5-9) got together for an awesome few days at the Brown Family Ski House. Okemo was a short drive away and super easy to get to. We also could have easily gotten to other mountains if we had more days. The house is deceiving- it is much bigger than it looks on the outside. There was plenty of room for each couple to have a bedroom and our kids to all bunk together in one room. They loved it. The basement downsrairs is a perfect hangout for kids and adults. We all had plenty of space to relax after a day of skiing. Our kids loved sledding outside. The house was super clean and comes with everything you need- even plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. Sheets and towels being included was a huge plus. We even found a crockpot in a cabinet. I’ve stayed in many rentals and this is one of the best. And THAT MUDROOM! It was so great to keep all the ski gear and get wet boots and snow pants off of the kids before getting into the house. Book the ski trip! :)

Clean and inviting

We stayed here for a week. The house was very clean and was as pictured. Plenty of room for 11 of us. Living room was comfortable and basement was really well lit and another great room we spent alot of time in. Tvs worked great, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with pots pans and dishes. We had a great time!

Feels like home!!

We stayed here for our daughter's wedding with 9 family members. The house was extremely clean, organized and stocked. The communication from Stacey was very timely and thorough. The property was as if you had just returned home with a very comfortable atmosphere and accommodations. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises!! Look no further my friends, this is the place to stay!!

Summer Vermont Family Reunion

We had a wonderful week in August with our whole family (9 people). The house is very beautiful and in a great location. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the ping pong and darts in the downstairs area and the lawn was great for outdoor games. It was nice to eat out on the deck and we had fun around the fire pit in the evening. We had some golfers in our group who enjoyed several rounds of golf at different courses in the area. We also found a fun playground for our nine year old (Flood Brook School). Stacey is a great host and responded promptly when we had questions. We highly recommend this lovey home and hope to return another summer.

Great week away in the mountains of VT

This house was great for our group of 10 to enjoy a relaxing week in VT. Nice yard space for games and a fire pit to sit around at night, and the house is very well set up and supplied to have all you need. Plenty to do in the vicinity, and nice and quiet! Owner was very helpful and gave us recommendations for things to do as well. Thanks!

Fantastic Ski Get-a-way

My friends and I loved the property! The house and the location were all we could have asked for in a ski weekend! Quick drive to the mountain, large kitchen (well equipped), bedrooms were immaculate, fantastic living room and the fireplace was unbeatable. Check in/out was seamless and Stacey was very responsive. Would love to stay again!

All you want in a ski house

Located 20 min from Okemo. Wood burning fireplace and fire pit with wood to burn!! Lots of beds, kitchen packed full of every you need. Great mud room / ski room to get dressed and undressed to go to the mountain. Downstairs okay room has ping pong, darts and a tv for the kids! One of the most comfortable couches in the many rentals we have stayed at!! Just a great choice.

I can’t say enough about Stacey and her wonderful home! The pictures are beautiful but they don’t do the property justice. You’ll know what I mean as you make your way from floor to floor in awe. Stacey’s home is clean, comfortable, and well equipped with all the essentials. It was perfect for our large group. We enjoyed skiing and snowboarding at Okemo, winter hikes nearby, and just relaxing in Stacey’s cozy home. This is the first time in a long time that our group has been able to be together and we couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay. We hope to return next winter! Thank you, Stacey, for being so accommodating, for your hospitality, and being such a wonderful host!

Vermont getaway

We stayed for absolute perfect weekend getaway! Stacey’s home was stunning. The pictures don’t do the house justice, it was cosy and welcoming. Ideal for large groups, well laid out. The property was a quick 20 min drive to Okemo mountain.

A home away from home

We had such a lovely time at this house. It had everything we needed! It was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for the whole family, including games, food, ping pong and sleds! The house was so close to Okemo and it was so easy to get to. As a family' of 6, we were so comfortable and probably could have had more people join us. We would definitely go again!

New Years ski trip

The house was amazing and the owners stocked it with up to date everything from appliances, dishes, to faucets and games. Great place for a group to stay and ski at Okemo. Plenty of comfortable beds for large groups. We where able to cook full meals for10 of us with no problems and we all fit spaciously around the huge dining room table. Definitely recommend and we would love to stay again and again. PS we left a little journal on the table so everyone can share the great experience that they have while staying at this beautiful home. For years to come.

Great house, near Okemo, for larger groups

This Andover home is beautifully maintained, spacious, and has great amenities, which made for a great holiday get-away. It very comfortably accommodated our party of ten with multiple options of gathering spaces for the kids and adults alike, as well as plenty of privacy for everyone. It offers beautiful views of the winter Vermont scenery. No detail is overlooked and it is obvious the owners have put a lot of thought and effort into keeping the kitchen and entire home well stocked with all the necessities. Weston is a five minute drive down the hill and is so charming it seems straight out of a movie. Be sure to check out The Hub for coffee and the Vermont Country Store. Okemo is only a 15-17 minute drive away, providing easy access to the mountain, yet it is so nice to feel completely off the grid. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

This was a great place for a weekend getaway with the family. The house was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us cook great meals. Plenty of space for the kids to play on all three levels while my husband and I could enjoy some quiet time on the couch. There were nice hiking trails nearby and we were able to relax by the fire pit at night. We will definitely be returning for ski season! What a great way to experience Vermont in what feels like a home away from home!
