Riverfront Vacation Home has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms located on one full acre on the Wally Road Scenic Byway. Back yard features private stone beach on the Mohican River, perfect for launching/landing of your own canoes, kayaks, or tubes. Easy access to the water allows for fishing, swimming, or river sitting while watching others play in the water. We are located just 2 miles downriver from Mohican Adventures and 3 miles from the main entrance to Mohican State Park.

This was a very nice home for our family of 5. It was very cold outside, but the house was warm. The property is open with a nice view of the river.

Great stay over Thanksgiving. Quick drive to hiking, general store, the castle and restaurants. Would be awesome in summer since it’s right on the river. Didn’t realize second bath wasn’t connected to the main home but it wasn’t a huge deal.

Beautiful home, loved the kitchen. Very relaxing inside and out,even with the rain. Would love to stay here again when the weather is alittle warmer. Just watching the fall leaves floating down the river was very enjoyable.

This was the perfect spot for us to have a friends reunion. It was great proximity to the park and perfect for putting in our kayak and paddle boards!

The house is so beautiful and cozy, the firepit by the river was amazing. We came from out of state to visit my father, stepmom and siblings. It was the perfect place for our kids to see their cousins and for the family to spend time together. We appreciate the memories!

We had a wonderful stay at Riverside Escape!! The house was very clean with very comfortable beds, awesome shower, and beautiful kitchen supplied with all we needed!! The large covered back porch was so handy to have our dog outside a bit and also for my husband when he came back from fly fishing, to put his equip put to dry etc. the house does not have any rugs or carpet so a bit echoey but I appreciate that with being dog friendly so all can be cleaned more efficiently. The back yard is huge with good privacy from neighbors and the sitting are by the river was so enjoyable to just sit and read or rest and listen to the river. Right in front of the house wasn’t prly the greatest fishing area but the state park is so close you are there in like 5 minutes to through your hook into the. Clear Fork part of the Mohican! My husband caught about 10-11 fish over a 3 day stay, all different varieties!! Including a huge carp on his fly fishing cast!!!! The owner, Drew was very quick to respond when we had an issue(our fault) and was very gracious about it which we so appreciated!! We hated to leave this peaceful place but hope to be back next year!! My husband is “hooked” on Mohican now lol

The property was beautiful, the house spacious and welcoming. We loved the porch and the fire pit. There were a few things missing that I am used to with a property in this price range. There were no dinner knives, no Kleenex, no cleaning supplies, or toiletries..Overall it was a wonderful stay..

This was my favorite place we stayed so far in Loudenville! It was very clean and I loved being right along the river! We had a good time playing corn hole and enjoying the giant porch! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Loved the location!!! Very quiet and the river view with the fire pit right there was perfect! Kitchen was very well stocked. The only negative was the grill was kind of gross but I feel like this happens at all VRBOs because so many different people are using them.

This was our 2nd stay at the Riverside Escape home. We love the location because it’s right on the river. Unfortunately, the drop to access the river was much steeper this year and difficult to get up & down without falling. Wish there were a few steps down to the river to make access easier.We were also surprised to find so much mildew built up on the deck railings and dirt on the siding . That’s a shame because it’s a lovely home otherwise.

Perfection along the river

This place is so perfect if you want to be riverside and tube. You can enjoy a pretty house and amazing yard with nature all around you! Can't wait to stay next year!

Where do I start? What a great little home on the river. Inside looks like its recently been updated. Great kitchen with everything you need. I overpacked not knowing how stocked it was. Spent most of my time on the covered deck. Lots of outlets to plug in anything you would need outside. It poured off and on but we never had to go in. Its on a large lot which felt very private. Who ever does the housekeeping should get a raise. Very, very clean! Loved watching people on the river. Im already planning another trip!!
