Creekside Cottage - Charming 3-bedroom cottage in Bellville

Creekside Cottage is nestled on 3 wooded acres in the Clear Fork Valley yet minutes away from numerous adventurous destinations. Tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet yet conveniently located near Snow Trails, Malabar Farm State Park, Mount Jeez, Pleasant Hill Lake, Mohican State Park, Shawshank Redemption and Mid-Ohio Raceway. Call it your home for the night or an extended stay. It's beautiful any time of the year.
The space

The master bedroom is located on the second floor which includes a comfortable California King size bed, beautiful electric fireplace, and smart television.


The main floor consist of the second bedroom with a queen size bed, smart television, and closet. It is close to the main bathroom that features a gorgeous walk in tile shower and oversize LED mirror. The kitchen comes stocked with appliances and the utensils you would expect to find at home. Washer and dryer for you to use as needed. The third bedroom has a full-size bed.


Relax in the living room next to the lighted fireplace or choose from one of the three decks outdoors overlooking the surroundings of the property. Move your dinner to the outside dining area or grill your favorite bbq before taking a soak in the new hot tub, it will be hot and ready for your enjoyment.


Time moves slower here so sip your coffee next to the creek in the built-in chairs on the hillside. Pull up a seat next to the outside fire pit where you will find an endless pile of firewood provided for you as needed. For the nature/bird watcher enthusiast there are bird boxes throughout the trails and property. Take the time to enjoy the many sounds of nature such as the creek that runs through the entire length of the property. Take a peak at the tenants of the frog pond, whom migrated from the creek. Common wildlife visitors to the property include; wild turkey, deer, blue herring, and ducks just to name a few.

Guests have access to the entire property aside from the garage. We ask that you be respectful of the wildlife and the property as if it was your own.

This cozy cottage had everything we needed! It’s a comfortable, well maintained property. Close to Snow Trails, shopping for essentials and major thoroughfares but tucked away nicely. Communication was great. We will definitely return!

lovely woodland property but close to I-71 exits. Beds were very comfortable. Available firewood was much appreciated. enjoyed walking the property- babbling brook, walking paths in the woods. hot tub was nice. We saw a Kuerig coffee maker in one of the kitchen photos and brought an ample supply of k-cups. FYI- kitchen has a regular coffee maker, so bring ground coffee.

Amazing weekend trip

Me and my boyfriend went for a snowboarding weekend and this place was perfect for that so close to snow trails and it was so cozy for after a long day of snowboarding. I would definitely recommend.

OMGOODNESS! Such a relaxing stay. So many on property activities that didnt drive for a whole 30 hours. Loveed the Creek and trails with the bird houses. Absolutely loved the hot tub and used the grill for burgers too! Everything was perfect after the loss of a patriarch in our family. We needed this time together to grieve and celbrate a wonderful life. Thank you again for sharing with us.

Perfection!

This little cabin is in the perfect location on the perfect lot for those that want to get out and away from it all. It is also perfect for conveniences like restaurants, entertainment and activities, such as skiing. The property is very well kept clean and exactly as described. Comfy, Cozy, Inviting, Peace

My husband, dog, and I loved it here. It’s so cute and decorated very well. The cottage is very well put together and clean. We love that! It’s always nice to envision yourself actually living where you are temporarily staying and my husband and I would actually buy this property and live here if we could. The hot tub was such a nice ending to our day. The coffee that was provided was a perfect treat to our mornings. We can’t wait to stay here again. Thanks Tim and Cindy!
