My wife and I absolutely loved staying here, the views were fantastic! The house was clean and well represented it had everything we needed. The outside space was beautiful , the bbq was a great size and we used it a lot. The pool was a perfect size, I can't think of any faults, we would happily stay again. Kenny

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home. The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings that made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made everything easy. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views, fruit trees in the garden, and a beautiful pool. The house is full of charm, and we felt like we could have spent an entire week there without ever needing to leave. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back if we get the chance. The hosts were extraordinary, and communication was A.

Stunning setting, peaceful and relaxing. Very well equipped property, beautiful Moroccan elements. A uniquely put together interior - thoughtful, functional and interesting, should grace the pages of any house style/interiors publication. It’s very much a home with soul. The garden is beautiful, with careful planning and lovely planting, which we really appreciated.We also very much enjoyed the games - boules, Mölkky, table tennis and the pool of course. Recommend the walk up through the trees to the fire watch tower, go back on the road toward Monchique (down and up about 500m) and pick up the marked trail up a track on the right. About 50 minutes to the top.The owner and the house manager were always very responsive and helpful

Lovely house with a stunning view

We've stayed for a week but could have stayed forever! The house is very comfortable and stylish, well equipped kitchen, excellent beds and a fun layout. The garden with the view and pool are absolutely stunning. The table under the beautiful old fig tree was our favorite spot to enjoy the view in the shade and drink the lemonade we made from the lemons we collected in the garden.The house is pitched high on a hill so it gets cool at night. The windows are mosquito fenced so no need to use the air-conditioning (which does work very well).I'm sure there are many things to do in the area but for us the house was all we needed.

Die Unterkunft ist super der Ausblick unbezahlbar wir würden gerne wiederkommen das gesamte Paket ist sehr zu empfehlen auch die Kommunikation war sehr nett.danke für alles

Vriendinnen week met 7 vrouwen. Het huis ligt heel erg hoog in de bergen een lange slingerweg er naar toe met diepe afgronden. In het donker bijna niet te doen. Savonds waren wij dan ook voor het begon te schemeren in het huis. Het uitzicht is adembenemend mooi, prachtig. Het huis is gedateerd, leuk voor 4 volwassen personen en 3 kinderen rond de 10 jaar omdat er 2 kamertjes zijn met een stijle trap omhoog en een schuin dak waar wij ons steeds het hoofd stoten. Er staat heel veel wind in de bergen wij hebben 2 dagen buiten kunnen eten de andere 5 dagen binnen omdat de wind koud was( 29 mei t/m 5 Juni waren wij er) Er waren 2 ligbedden en 2 stretchers waarvan 1 er gescheurd is door ouderdom. Wij vonden het heel jammer dat er geen 7 zonne bedden waren. Ook het bubbelbad functioneerde niet, dit hadden wij aan gegeven aan de tuin man maar er is niets mee gedaan. Toch hebben wij er samen een mooie week van gemaakt.

Fantastische plek

Een fijn vakantiehuis, van alle gemakken voorzien, op een fantastisch mooie plek. Het uitzicht is ongelooflijk - heel fijn dus dat er zoveel fijne plekken in de grote tuin zijn om ervan te genieten! We hebben genoten van de verschillende terrassen, de zwembaden, de tafeltennistafel en ga zo maar door. Het heect ons aan niets ontbroken.

Geweldig

Wij hebben het er heerlijk gehad. Het is een prachtig mooi oud huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke douches, airco, vaatwasser etc. zijn allemaal aanwezig. Prachtige Portugese schalen ook trouwens. Als het in de avond was fris wordt kan je de houtkachel aansteken. Een geweldig mooi uitzicht met een eigen zwembad en een tafeltennistafel. Je hebt wel een auto nodig voor boodschappen en/of een restaurant te bezoeken. De eigenaar reageert snel en de vrouw die ons in- en uit heeft gecheckt is heel vriendelijk en reageert ook snel. De omgeving is magnifiek en Monchique is een leuk oud stadje. Al met al zeer de moeite waard en voor herhaling vatbaar.
