Beautiful Property

Our stay at Villa Coyaba was one of the best we have had in Destin. The owner was quick to respond to my questions and the property managers with 360 were wonderful. The condo was much more beautiful and spacious in person. There were a total of 8 people and we all had ample room. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely spot on the beach

This is our third stay at Villa Coyaba and we love this location. Unit 401 is beautifully decorated and we love that it is an end unit with windows facing east as well as those facing the Gulf. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting a wonderful vacation on the beach, plus great access to shopping, restaurants and off-beach activities.

We love everything about this condo! The parking spots are GREAT. The unit definitely has a “beach-vacation” vibe. The view is gorgeous. There are enough bath towels for everyone. I would suggest a Keurig coffee pot and possibly a new stovetop; it was hard to cook on it because the heat settings were worn off. Besides that, we had an amazing vacation!

September 2015 Stay

We have been going on a family beach trip for a few years now and the entire family agreed that this year was the best!!!! The condo was great for a family of 9!!! We loved the free bike rentals, which allowed the young adults to get out and explore the area. We all loved the shopping and dinning that was within a bike ride distance. We also took advantage for the grills, heated pool and the beautiful beach. On our last day we discovered that wave runners were availabe to rent just a short walk up the beach, which was really convenient. Our family has cast their votes and it looks like we will be back here next year!!!

Beautiful condo

This is a beautiful condo with lots of room and a fully stocked kitchen. The only downside is the limited parking in the parking garage. They only allow two spaces per condo and the spaces are pretty tight. Unfortunately someone knocked the passenger side mirror off of our Tahoe and there are no video cameras in the parking area to see what happened exactly. The washing machine also did not work but, once I notified the property manager, they brought in a new one promptly. Overall, I highly recommend this condo.

October 2021 Stay

Unit 401 has wonderful views and very spacious for our party of 7. The master shower has awesome water pressure and the unit is decorated nicely. I will say that I found the unit to not be as clean as I would like. The furniture in the living room area was stained and the end table had more water rings than I've ever seen. The dishwasher ran, but was obviously broken. My kids loved the bunk room and overall it is a nice unit. 2 covered parking spaces and keyless entry to the unit is wonderful.

review of 401

To whom it may concern, We rented and stayed at your property 6/26/21-7/3/21. I would like to begin with a compliment. We have stayed at your properties for several years and have been pleased with the service and quality. We return each year due to our satisfaction from years prior. Thank you for the years or pleasurable vacations. I hope this review allows changes to be made so that future tenants do not experience the same as we did. We paid nearly 10K dollars for a family vacation. It is a bit higher but given the year and demand we felt it was par for our expectations as far as quality of unit. I will list the problems below. 1. Entry – Walls had multiple stains and thermostat would reset to 75 even when no doors were left open. 2. Kitchen – as other reviews, could be stocked a little better with utensils. The pans and cookware were in poor condition. The stove had grease still on it from not being cleaned, the fridge had a foul odor, buttons on dishwasher were totally missing, kitchen tabletop was loose and would spin while trying to eat. 3. Bedrooms – all thresholds going into carpeted areas were not finished and exposed the tacks underneath that would puncture skin, headboards extremely loose in double bedroom, dirty carpet, and master bed was to the point you could feel the springs. 4. Bathrooms – leftover contacts on sink, shower had mold and tub had mold around the jets as well as hair still present. 5. Living area – all furniture was worn and dirty, the couch, which we had to cover with sheets, seating was uncomfortable due to sitting on springs in the cushions, end table which was glass was broken but intact, dusty throughout and dirty under couch. Overall, we were very disappointed for the amount charged considering the product presented. I understand the value of the dollar and expect a certain quality to accompany a cost such as we paid. In the very least, these items should be addressed soon. The condition of the facility is not the norm I have become used to with 360 blue. These conditions would be expected in a much lower budget unit. Please feel free to contact us with a reply or follow up. Kind Regards, Brian and Sharla

Perfect place to isolate and distance

The condo was clean, beautiful and perfectly set up for our family. We’ve stayed at several other properties over the last 10+ years at Crystal Beach and this is our favorite yet. We were able to distance easily on the private beach. The condo had all the comforts of home, including a well-stocked kitchen for all the meals we needed to make without going to dinner each night. It was our most comfortable, relaxed vacation ever. Truly. Just a wonderful opportunity to get away.

March 2020 Stay

Our stay in Villa Coyaba 401 was wonderful. The unit was impeccably clean upon arriving and the beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. The view from the unit is beautiful. This is a TOP EAST CORNER unit with windows across one side and the back of the unit so you will have MORNING SUN and do not get the hot evening sun. The condo was beautifully decorated with NEW WOOD FLOORING, and ALL NEW APPLIANCES, including a gas stove. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and new Cuisinart pots. I cannot say enough about the staff here. Everyone we saw was very friendly and pleasant. We were leaving as the CV pandemic was hitting and staff was paying special attention and wiping down elevator buttons and every frequently touched surface with clorox wipes. We will definitely be back and will request this unit every time.

Our stay at Villa Coyoba 401 was great. We look forward to sitting on balcony & enjoying the beach. Heated pool is enjoyable. We have a few suggestions - you need new living room furniture. Looking pretty sad & not too comfy; the pillows in living room are leaking feathers badly & not too good for people allergic to feathers like me; the ice machine makes terrible noise like it’s stuck when full; the stove does not heat evenly or the same way each time. On the positive side - new floor is nice & The beds are very comfy. We will be back next year,

The condo was great except for the mold in the master shower which I got most of it out.We come to this location every year and will be back next year. We had a wonderful time here and will continue to come back here

Unfortunately we do occasionally make mistakes by not coming across every issues in each home and therefore rely on our guests to alert us to something troublesome so that we can make every effort to correct any issues you encounter during your stay. The condo was beautiful along with the view. There were eleven of us, the condo was large enough to meet our needs. I would just recommend getting new couches and more pots and pans to use. Also some of the rugs need to cleaned and replaced, the dining room chairs were stained. also we bought hangers since there are very few to use. We did address some other small issues so they could be fixed. The view and beach were absolutely beautiful. We would consider renting at Villa Coyaba again, thanks.

Absolutely loved Villa 401. We had 13 with us 5 of which are my children 3 grandkids. Older daughters boyfriend and fiancé. One of my daughters got engaged wed while there so that’s two weddings I’m gonna be planning. I loved being in a smaller condo complex with the private beach area and not a lot of people sitting so close together. We’ve bern coming to Destin for 18 years and this was my favorite place we’ve ever stayed. Thank you so much

May 2019 Stay

This is the second year in a row that our whole family (of five) plus two spouses spent a week at the Villa. The room and beach service were great. I would highly recommend to all.

Feel sorry for anyone staying here in March because there is construction going on until after 8:00 pm in 301. Going to last through March.

We are so sorry for the construction during your stay. Unfortunately, we are not always made aware of construction in other units unless it is a 360 Blue property. In spite of this, we hope you had some wonderful moments and join us at the beach again soon!

Our stay at Villa Coyoba 401 was great. We look forward to sitting on balcony & enjoying the beach. Heated pool is enjoyable. We have a few suggestions - you need new living room furniture. Looking pretty sad & not too comfy; the pillows in living room are leaking feathers badly & not too good for people allergic to feathers like me; the ice machine makes terrible noise like it’s stuck when full; the stove does not heat evenly or the same way each time. On the positive side - new floor is nice & The beds are very comfy. We will be back next year,

Always a pleasure booking through 360blu. Unit 401 was wonderful. We didn’t realize it did not have a fireplace but it was beautiful. We cook while on vacation some and the nonstick pans need to be replaced. Terrible condition. We love staying at Villa Coyaba. We have stayed there three times in the past. We will always book through 360 Blu.
