We rented and stayed at your property 6/26/21-7/3/21. I would like to begin with a compliment. We have stayed at your properties for several years and have been pleased with the service and quality. We return each year due to our satisfaction from years prior. Thank you for the years or pleasurable vacations. I hope this review allows changes to be made so that future tenants do not experience the same as we did.
We paid nearly 10K dollars for a family vacation. It is a bit higher but given the year and demand we felt it was par for our expectations as far as quality of unit. I will list the problems below.
1. Entry – Walls had multiple stains and thermostat would reset to 75 even when no doors were left open.
2. Kitchen – as other reviews, could be stocked a little better with utensils. The pans and cookware were in poor condition. The stove had grease still on it from not being cleaned, the fridge had a foul odor, buttons on dishwasher were totally missing, kitchen tabletop was loose and would spin while trying to eat.
3. Bedrooms – all thresholds going into carpeted areas were not finished and exposed the tacks underneath that would puncture skin, headboards extremely loose in double bedroom, dirty carpet, and master bed was to the point you could feel the springs.
4. Bathrooms – leftover contacts on sink, shower had mold and tub had mold around the jets as well as hair still present.
5. Living area – all furniture was worn and dirty, the couch, which we had to cover with sheets, seating was uncomfortable due to sitting on springs in the cushions, end table which was glass was broken but intact, dusty throughout and dirty under couch.
Overall, we were very disappointed for the amount charged considering the product presented. I understand the value of the dollar and expect a certain quality to accompany a cost such as we paid. In the very least, these items should be addressed soon. The condition of the facility is not the norm I have become used to with 360 blue. These conditions would be expected in a much lower budget unit.
