Perfect for persons coming into the area for work or sporting event. Not for those looking for a luxury vacation home. It is a safe place to spend a few nights or stay for a little while. Two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a living room. Free parking, wifi, air conditioning, and central heating. The bedrooms each have two double beds and a TV with Amazon firestick. The living room has a sofa bed, a full size couch and a love seat plus a 75 inch smart TV. Kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blender, cups, dishes, pots, pans and utensils plus big yard space and plenty of parking in the front. This house is not equipped to accommodate physically challenged guest. You will be occupying the upper floor apartment. There is a copletely seperate apartment on the basement level with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom and parking area. No space are shared with the guest at any time.

I left as soon as I could. There were stains on all the bedding. Holes in walls grease on walls smelled. Stacks of air conditioners in corners. Lawn not kept up. Stacks of lawnmowers outside. Towels for windows curtains. He lives down stairs while your there. Can't control the thermostate. This in the worst place I have ever been let alone stayed. Cracked counter tops. Bath tub was black and brown color. Refused to refund money after speaking to him about the condition.

Incredibly filthy

The house was small and had an odor of stale French fries which the owner tried to cover up. The owner lived in the basement of the house. There was no off-street parking. The owner controlled the thermostat from the basement. I just found out that the owner also charged us $25 for laundry. Yet there was no washer and dryer. Seriously - does anyone from VRBO do any type of inspection before they approve a house for rental?

Great host

It a nice house that has everything that you would need. It's far enough away from the city where you don't have all the traffic but close enough that you can be there in 25 minutes. Val is a great host came up to welcome us and then he gave you privacy. Defiantly recommended this property and would stay again.

Quick trip

We stayed for 3 nights at Vals place. Comfortable place to sleep, shower was nice and cute porches to sit and enjoy the outside. Definitely recommend
