Sheila and Bob love the compound lifestyle with their home and art gallery located within steps of one another separated only by a private car park and walkway. For the past thirty years the Couple has lived, raised four kids, and totally enjoyed the eclectic nature of the architecture, the privacy afforded by the private drive, gated entrances, and large parking area. Most recently, however, the ten room "Pittsburgh House" has acted as an accidental guest house since Bob & Sheila's 2015 retirement from their marketing communications firm which was located in downtown Pittsburgh. And, as fate would have it, the couple decided to downsize their lives and at the same time purchased a century old Frank Lloyd Wright connected farmhouse and vineyard in Chautauqua County, New York.
Now, with too many houses with too many bedrooms, Bob & Sheila decided to set-up a small loft apartment within the confines of the adjoining "Eclectic Art & Objects Gallery" and move out of the "Big House" and instead, share it with visitors who are interested in a comfortable, convenient, and affordable extended stay home experience in Pittsburgh.
With that background, we welcome you to Pittsburgh and hope that you will choose to stay at "The Pittsburgh House" the next time you visit "The Burgh"! "The Pittsburgh House" is an Experience...Not to be missed"
