Whether you are planning a weekend retreat, family getaway, couples weekend, fishing trip or just need to relax, look no further. The minute you will walk into your quiet waterside condo your stresses will melt away. This nicely updated condo at Parkside Place in Osage Beach overlooks the quiet cove with lots of water and nature views. Parkside Place is a smaller, quiet complex, just minutes from all of the main shopping and restaurants. It is one minute off the new highway (Highway 54) at the Passover exit. It is less than 1.5 miles from the Outlet Mall, a large list of major shops and grocery stores. Parkside Place Condominiums is located directly on the water at the 19-mile marker right by the Grand Glaze Bridge.
This newly updated 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo has a very cozy living room with a wall of glass overlooking the water. You can sit and enjoy the new 50-inch flat screen TV with free cable and free WIFI. There is a covered deck directly off the living room with a great relaxing view, a BBQ gas grill, table and chairs. In the evening you can sit and relax. The master bedroom has a view of the cove and a sliding door to the deck. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a 40-inch flat screen TV. It has a private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, dishes, new appliances and granite counter tops. There is a breakfast bar with 4 stools, coffee table and a dining table with four chairs. The condo has a washer & dryer for your convenience. All towels and linens are provided, you may just want to bring your pool towels.
THIS UNIT IS A NON SMOKING UNIT - SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED.
A 10x30 boat slip is included in the price.
NO BOAT TRAILERS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY! But you can park for free at the state park boat launch located nearby.

The kitchen was well stocked. It had as much as I had at home. Even had coffee and filters. The beds and pillows were awesome. The complex was quiet. The host was fast at responding to my questions.

The host was awesome, condo is super nice, view is excellent. One of the best vacation destinations. Lake of the Ozarks is beautiful and the fishing there is awesome.

It was very clean. The communication was great with the host. We had issues with the tv but she called right away and we ended up having no tv for the weekend but the weather was nice so we weren’t around the condo that much.

The instructions were clear on the water valve and water heater, however, we did have some technical issues with the television in the living room. Had to pull TV away from wall and track the proper cords to the receiver….one plug was loose at outlet and one cable was not connected at all.The pool area was just so relaxing and everyone there was very respectful of each other. We all were VERY PLEASED with our stay!The wildlife in the area (many deer with the fawns, groundhog family of 5 and a small family of raccoons) blessed us with their presence. None of the wildlife seemed scared of people, which concerns me a little. They are NOT PETS!

Relaxing

We had all the comforts of home plus! The condo was clean and very nice. The view of the lake was beautiful. Swimming pool very close to rooms, clean and fun! We enjoyed the open, covered porch the most because of the hummingbirds, family of racoons we spotted on the ground and the boaters. So relaxing!

Great Location on the Lake

This location was perfect for a 4 day getaway. The property has easy access to grocery stores and shops, and the lakeside is quiet but close to the main channel. The included dock use was convenient and in a great spot. The condo was well stocked with kitchen items, soap, etc. We couldn't get the Wifi to work, but it wasn't a big deal.

We went for a bachelor party and it was perfect for what we needed. Great Lake views with a pool. We were able to cook and use the community grill. Other guests were nice and friendly. We did get yelled at from a resident regarding an issue with the pool that was not something we were involved in. Overall great place to stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process seamless. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great getaway spot!

Relaxing & private

Even though this place has several condos it was very quiet. The pool looked very inviting but it was a bit cool during our stay so we did not take advantage of that. Our son got married at Waterfront Weddings and this condo was about 15 minutes away which was very helpful
