Union place is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood just 8 minutes from I-70/Englewood exit. This remodeled brick home has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and a full kitchen with new stainless stove and dishwasher, granite countertops, coffee bar (including an espresso maker, Keurig, and drop coffee pot), washer, dryer, complete with high speed internet and a 55” smart TV and some other small updates added recently. There is a large fenced-in backyard complete with a small basketball court, with restaurants, coffee shops and shopping all within ten minutes, and less than 15 minutes from the Dayton airport and other local sites.

I grew up in the Miami Valley region and I love this area and the season changes! I have always enjoyed culture and the arts, interior design and hosting friends and family in my personal home! Deciding to become a host was a natural extension of my love to design spaces that someone would enjoy living in! I try to do my best to upgrade, and add new amenities that I think guests would enjoy during their stay.

I loved that this one on a quiet street with a nice size backyard, but also really close to restaurants, shopping, the airport, as well as I-70 which gives you quick access to the whole Dayton area!

The home is updated and has all the amenities you may need during your stay! Feel free to park in the garage, or enjoy a small fire in the firepit in the backyard. The family room has a new sectional, and is a great place to spend the evening relaxing, playing a game or watching a movie. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs, or if you are a coffee enthusiast there is a drip coffee maker, Keurig or espresso maker! The home gets a lot of light during the day especially in the front room and kitchen.
