Wedding party

We chose this location due to proximity to the wedding venue and it accepted dogs. We ended up leaving our fur babies home but still really enjoyed the house. It is very comfortable and a plesant stay

Great Location

We needed a place to stay in the area for a visit with our son, daughter in law, and grandson. Great location, and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our two fur babies.

Perfect location

Great rental for a visit to Dayton, Vandalia, Tipp City and Troy. Very convenient to I75. Krogers at next exit north. Great area.

Great back yard!!

In town for a celebration and enjoyed the cleanliness and the huge back yard for our dogs to run. Conveniently located near the highway.

Great location

This house was exactly how it was described, very clean and homey. We stayed here while visiting family for the week. Location is great, easy access to highway and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Perfect for our Trip

This property was exactly as pictured and in a wonderful neighborhood. Close to the Highway and many other things. Fenced in yard for our fur baby was super helpful. Would most definitely recommend and will stay here again!

Everything I expected and more. The house was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was very well stocked. Comfortable beds. Close to restaurants and shopping. This is the kind of experience you hope every Vrbo should be.

Perfect weekend stay

Very quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors. Close to everything, we needed a place that we could have a bbq and have some family come over and this was perfect. The host communicated and checked in on us to make sure it was ok

Great place!

This was a nice little place for the weekend. We were in town for a baseball tournament. The fire pit was nice to have in the evenings and relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent they got back to me quickly with any questions I had.

Nice Stay

The property was very clean, and conveniently located. The beds are firmer than we’re used to. This is a very easy place to bring a dog: it has a nice back yard and a park down the road. I’d stay again.

Cozy house, great beds!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were remarkably comfortable for a rental. The yard is fully fenced in and very big, which our dogs loved. The house itself had everything we needed and was very cozy and well decorated. We will definitely be back!

Great neighborhood

We drove 16 hours, so we needed a place the dog could run and play. The yard is fenced and very large, plus there is a park just a block or two away! The house itself is older, but very clean and cheerfully decorated. Thanks!!

Clean Property perfect for anyone with a pet

We enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect spot for us when visiting Ohio. We had to visit a clinic to have a special procedure for our dog and this property fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of places to eat, nice parks in the area, and the house had a fenced-in backyard. If you have a pet and need to be near Dayton this is a great property to stay at.

Family and pet friendly plus a great location!

Visiting family in Ohio, so didn’t spend a lot of time at the rental besides sleeping and breakfast. It fit our needs for a family of 4 plus a pooch. Big fenced in back yard. Cozy little place.

Just what we needed!

In town for a dog event, and this was just what we needed! The fenced yard worked great for us and everything was as described in the listing. The only thing I noticed that could be a problem is for small dogs - there are some spots in the fence that a small dog might be able to squeeze through depending on size. Worked great for our 20+ pound dogs! Host was super communicative and nice! Thanks for a great stay!

Dayton Trip

The home was great for what we needed. The back yard was nice for the dog. The neighborhood seemed quiet and quaint. Not busy with traffic. Being close to the interstate was nice to get to our Dayton destination. Don responded almost immediately to my messages. Perfect for our trip! Thank you Don!

Perfect stay!

I traveled with a teenager I'm hosting for medical treatment at Dayton Children’s Hospital. The house was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. The property manager is very kind and responds quickly to questions. I will definitely stay here again if it's available when I travel to Dayton in the future. ❤️

Cute house for couple

Great communication with the owner and the home is in a great location for a soccer tournament. That said, even though there was good communication from the owner there was no action or fixes made when we let them know that the lawn had not been mowed in weeks (months?) and there is a hole in the back right corner of the fence, so we spent a lot of time trying to keep our dogs in the yard/getting them out of the neighbor's yard. The owner said they had never had a complaint prior to our visit. The house itself was clean but could use a bit of love.
