Noisy

This is a clean unit. That’s the one thing that is positive. Walk to beach is about a half mile , it’s further than pic looks! Very noisy. It’s literally right next to a highway. Instead of hearing ocean waves, we heard traffic at all times, very loud at some hours. Music was playing from a nearby business every night until around 4am. Unit was lightly stocked with kitchen items, not even a pot holder (had to use a towel to remove something from oven) no liquid dish detergent. The dishwasher wasn’t working so we had to go buy some to wash dishes. It’s in a very tall building with many floors. Waits for elevator are long due to the amount of travelers in the building . Pool is large and was nice, although lounge chairs fill up fast! Can only use valet parking which is $40 per day plus daily resort fee. For the amount of $ in fees added on and little extras, I’d rather stay at an actual hotel resort.’

Florida Getaway

The location of the building was good The lobby and amenities were excellent . Staff was helpful and responsive. Access to the beach accross the road was easy. The actual unit was right accross from the elevator and was noisy during peak hours. The unit was nicely furnished and beds were very comfortable . Nice views of the ocean. The dining room chairs were heavily stained as were the rugs in both bedrooms . Also the walls needed a fresh coat of paint as they were heavily marked . The tvs were not very useable as there was no access to the seperate wifi that they ran on . The property manager was very helpful and responsive to our needs when requesting some basic kitchen ware . Overall our stay was very pleasent and the only surprise was the high cost of the daily resort fee.
