Car: We recommend renting a car to make the most of your stay and explore nearby attractions, including the Hollywood Walk of Fame and downtown Hollywood. Additionally, we offer free on-site parking for your convenience.

Public Transportation: The area has reliable public transportation service that connects you to local attractions and surrounding areas. The nearest bus stop is just [insert distance] from the apartment.

Bikes: Hollywood Beach is perfect for exploring by bike. You can rent bikes nearby and enjoy a scenic ride along the boardwalk.

Please note that this is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking of all types of herbs, tobacco, and also e-cigarettes/vaping is prohibited.

We do love animals, however, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in our premises.
Please be respectful of our policies, the following fines may apply if they are not accomplished:

If something goes wrong, please talk to us.

We understand that sometimes something can accidentally break. We have to replace/repair in order to get the apartment ready for the next guest. We would appreciate it if you let us know immediately through this means, so we can quickly find a replacement. Otherwise, we will detect it when you leave the property, Airbnb will be informed about the broken item and Airbnb will charge your account for the "item value + shipping cost + replacement service". It might be less expensive if you let us know in advance.

Apartment Features:
Apartments may have vinyl wood flooring, ceramic or carpet, depending on availability you can get any of these flooring types in our apartments.
All our units are very luminous and are built with impact windows.

All apartments have the same layout, square footage and main furnishing. Victoria Rentals reserves the right to assign an apartment in a different floor or orientation than offered in the listing’s pictures, according to availability at the time of the check-in. However, we guarantee that the layout, size of the property as well as the advertised equipment will not be altered.

Room Views:
Please note that all units have open wide views of the intercoastal waterway. All apartments are located on the third floor and above. Views of the units may vary, the photos in the listings are for general purposes and show the two types of views available: North and South.

General Condominium Rules
•⁠ ⁠The person in charge of checking-in must be at least 21 years old.
•⁠ ⁠Only guests previously registered in the reservation will be allowed to enter the apartment. For security reasons, unregistered visitors are not allowed to enter the floors or apartments. Neither is access to food delivery or merchandise delivery. In such cases, the guest must wait for their order in the reception hall of the Condominium.
•⁠ ⁠All guests 14 years old and older have to wear a Beachwalk wristband for the duration of their stay.
•⁠ ⁠Non-Smoking Building and Rooms
•⁠ ⁠Parking (valet parking) Price per night:
Stay 1-7 nights $28+tax
Stay 8-14 nights $25+tax
Stay 15-21 nights $20+tax
Stay +21 nights $15+tax
Prices subject to change by the service provider.
• Resort Fee: please be aware that the condominium Beachwalk Resort charges to all rentals a daily fee. Please note this fee shall be paid at the Front Desk upon arrival.
Herein the fares, apply accordingly to your stay length:
$30 per day for stays of 1–6 days
$25 per day for stays of 7–15 days
$20 per day for stays of 15–29 days
$300 per month for stays of 30 days.
Stays exceeding 30 days are charged $300 + $10 per additional day
• Please be informed that a security deposit of $250 will be held at the check-in. Credit or debit card will be required. No cash will be accepted. The amount will be reinstated to the card at the end of the stay, provided there are no damages to the property or no rules violated.
•⁠ ⁠Elevator: is meant for all users: staff and guests. Please be patient with waiting times, especially during peak times which are usually around check-in (4PM) and check-out (10AM)
•⁠ ⁠The maximum number of guests allowed indicated in the listing is suggested based on the number of beds. However, 1-bedroom apartments (with a maximum of 4 guests) only have 1 king-size bed in the master bedroom, and a couch in the living room. Please note that the couch in the living room is suitable for sleeping 2 small children, not adults. We recommend inquiring about apartments with more bedrooms if you need to stay with children over 8 years old.
•⁠ ⁠The weather in Miami can be a great attraction, although it can also be quite humid. Please do not leave the doors or windows open at any time, as this will damage the air conditioning equipment. Humidity will also enter and settle inside the property. The apartment must remain closed and the air conditioning on at all times. You can adjust the temperature to your preference using the thermostat located inside the property.
•⁠ Trash Chute: in each floor, next to the West elevators, there is a Trash Chute for throwing away trash. Please do not leave trash outside the apartment in the hallways or balconies.
•⁠ All apartments will be delivered clean and with bed linens, 4 large towels, 1 hand towel, 2 face towels, 1 floor mat, 2 rolls of toilet paper. Please do not use the linens to clean surfaces or remove makeup. Stained towels or sheets will be claimed for the value indicated by our staff to Airbnb.
Please contact our staff through Airbnb messaging to coordinate any of the following services, usually available for the same day until 5PM or for the next day starting at 11AM.
•⁠ Cleaning service with towel change: $40 additional fee
•⁠ Towel replacement during your stay: $20 additional fee
•⁠ Sheets change during your stay: $25 additional fee
•⁠ ⁠Personal safety inside the property: Dear Guest, the apartments rented by Victoria Rentals are rented to many guests of different ages, races and ethnicities alike. A cleaning company provides a professional service. Any object found within the property, whether left by a previous guest, or property of the apartment, can be an unintentional danger depending on the characteristics, abilities, age of the guest. Please keep this in mind and let us know if we need to repair or remove something during your stay and we will do our best to respond to your request, as long as it is within our possibilities. Victoria Rentals will not be responsible in case of injury or damage by parts or objects left by other guests or parts of the apartment that we have not noticed during cleaning or maintenance.
