This property is a disaster. There is black mold or mildew present on the family room ceiling. No working smoke detectors - there's a mount for one on the main floor but no smoke detector and no battery in the smoke detector at the lower entry. Evidence of termites - visible termite droppings, soft spots in the floors, and you can actually hear the termites at night. A missing electrical fixture in the bathroom with exposed wiring. The dryer is incredibly loud, and the vent is broken, delivering hot air directly into the kitchen.
During our stay, there was a crew conducting a soil test, which is typically done prior to construction or significant remodeling. I'm assuming the owner is going to demo and build new and not spend on repairs to the current property.
It's a great location but an awful property that should not be listed for rent anywhere.
