ONE PARTICULAR HARBOUR LOCATED ON THE ANNA MARIA ISLAND SOUND OFFERS AN AWARD WINNING WATERFRONT RESORT LIVING ON FLORIDA'S LAST PRIVATE ISLAND

Overlooking the sparkling waters of Anna Maria Sound just moments from Anna Maria Island, Harbour Isle proudly introduces our newest addition of waterfront Resort Homes, One Particular Harbour. The large three -bedroom condo sleeps 7 and features a king in the master, king bed in the second bedroom, and two twins in the 3rd bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the Livingroom. A large open style granite island kitchen offers a great area for entertaining guests. Comfortable seating in the living room with open dining area. Screened lanai with patio table and chairs allows your to soak in the sunshine and enjoy the activities on the Anna Maria Sound.. Breathtaking sunset views of Florida's Favorite Beach Community! Robinson Preserve is just outside the entrance and two complementary bikes at your unit for hours of outside enjoyment. Anna Maria Island and the public beach is located directly over the bridge from the resort.



Anna Maria Island was named one of the Sunshine State's "10 Best Secret Beaches" by USA and one of only four "Old, Classic Florida" destinations by the Wall St. Journal,

Rich array of resort amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WIFI, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is now open at the entrance of the resort.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pool and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters and lush landscaping throughout the community.

We have stayed in this area for years and The Sunset Retreat is one of our favorites. Always clean and well prepared. All of the beach equipment you might need and bikes to boot! Had a perfect stay as usual.

Lovely stay in Bradenton!

We loved our time at this property. Beautiful view overlooking the water which was lovely to sit out and enjoy the weather. The condo was very well equipped and perfect layout for our family. Large TVs were a bonus! And the amenities at the pool were fantastic. Will definitely be back!

Everything we needed and more!

This property is exceptional—every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The linens are luxurious, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The furniture is stylish, and the entire place is impeccably clean. Beach towels and all the essentials for a beach day are provided. Plus, it’s just a quick 2-minute drive to the beach. The location is ideal with stunning sunset views. This place truly embodies a dream vacation spot and is a must-stay.

A Week in Paradise

The days were wonderful; the sunsets were beautiful; the weather was phenomenal; and our family time together was irreplaceable! The condo was clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary silverware, china, glasses, etc. My family and I had a marvelous time! We plan to return next year.

They were professionnal, always answering in a timely manner and very helpful. It had everything we needed, and was located close enough to the beach and AMI activities that we were able to do everything we had planned without issue. The condo development is very quiet, but has a great pool and is easy to get in and out of, just minutes from AMI/Bradenton Beach. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked, and the entire condo in almost new condition.

Amazing Vacation Rental

This property was perfect for me, my husband and our 3 teenage children. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with any kitchen item you could possibly need. The view of Anna Maria sound was incredible. Some evenings were spent out on the screened in porch, when there was a nice breeze. The resort itself was great, with a nice pool and splash pad area. The unit was also well equipped with lots of beach equipment like chairs, umbrellas etc. There were also 2 bikes that we enjoyed using. I would highly recommend this place!!

Beautiful Condo + Excellent Location

This property exceeded our expectations! We stayed here with four adults and two children (under 10 years of age). The condo and overall property was very clean. The layout was perfect for the six of us. Everything was very updated and modern. The pool area was fantastic with a nice sitting area and clean bathrooms. The location was amazing. Every morning we were able to watch dolphins feeding while we sat on the back patio. In the evenings we watched amazing sunsets. It's within walking distance to Floridays restaurant and a short drive to the restaurants, shopping, and beaches on Anna Maria Island. I would highly recommend this location for your vacation!

Comfortable and clean

The property was very clean and was very comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen that made it easy to cook our own meals and feel at home. Be aware that you do not make full payment through VRBO but are expected to pay the second part of the rental cost directly to the property management company by cheque. This was an issue we were not aware of when we booked and was a small issue for us as we are not based in the US and do not have access to US cheques to pay the final balance, so we had to pay an additional fee to pay the balance with credit card.
