This was my 4th time to Anna, and the island itself is spectacular. The location of this rental is especially nice if you like to hang out on the beach. The spot is perfect! There’s a balcony with two chairs for watching the sunset, and several comfortable chairs to use day or night!

Had a great time and we were just a few steps to the beach! Got to watch the sun set every night from our balcony. This place offered stuff that we have never had at other condos. Sometimes it’s the small things, like salt and pepper, extra trash bags and my husband’s favorite a box fan! We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect! On the beach in just a few steps. The beach was not crowded at all either. Super easier to get to anything we needed during our stay as well. The owner was super responsive anytime we reach out. We will definitely be back!

Beach getaway

The bed was hard as a rock. Other than that everything was great!! The room was very well stocked with all the necessities you need. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook with. Great location. Close to restaurants. ( Kokonut hut - very expensive!) Wicked catina. Very good reasonable priced. Beach house waterfront restaurant. Very good.

Quick trip to the beach

Everything about this location was amazing! The location was beautiful, you could hear the waves crashing from the living room, and walking distance to great locations.

Stay at Anna Maria island

Overall the property was quaint and clean. A few minor issues related to front door blinds and cracked glass. The shower had mold growing under the handle and should be replaced. The living room tv was not functioning even when following directions. Dan and light in living room may need to be reprogrammed with light. Having only 1 parking space made it challenging to have a golf cart to enjoy on the island. Would recommend you work something out with the municipality to secure additional overflow parking for guests. Otherwise was a nice centralized location, nice beach access, and generally very nice. Thank you

Great place

The place was wonderful. Towels aplenty. Kitchen ware great. A king size bed which was jAnd best of excellent for the two of us. Couple of suggestions: Chair and sofa were quite soft without much support but this is minor. In addition to advertising that laundry is available for $1.75, it would have been helpful to know ahead of time that it accepts only quarters. We planned on doing wash the last night and had no change on us. Finally, the toaster didn’t work. You have to hold the lever down continuously to get the toasting coils hot. It doesn’t work otherwise. But none of those things spoiled our time there.

Wonderful stay at Beach House #8

Solo traveler last week and my first time to the area. The condo was perfect with everything you'd need! Easy check-in and the unit was super clean. Grateful for the a/c and ceiling fans (excessive heat warnings the entire time, lol). Property management was quick to respond when I had a question about the beach umbrella (rookie here). Trolley stops both northbound and southbound about 50' from the door. Everything was wonderful!

Great location

Property was very clean when we arrived. Beautiful views looking over the beach and sunsets. A lot of shops and places to eat in walking distance. Free trolley rides to farther parts of the island.

Couple Getaway

The condo was a very comfortable place with everything you truly need. We enjoyed a long weekend on the beach and enjoyed many of the nearby restaurants. The beach is right outside your door and easy to walk down to. They've provided a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella. The beach was not crowded at all so plenty of space to spread out. The water was a beautiful emerald green and clear. Absolutely beautuful! The host communicated great and was accomodating to our travel schedules. Thanks so much and we look forward to a return visit!

Fantastic property

Everything we read about the property was accurate. Fantastic location, easy walking distance to shopping and food and right on the beach. The fully stocked beach supply closet was a bonus! They have everything needed for some fun in the sun. Highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful location

Absolutely a perfect location! Beautiful and a great place to walk to fun restaurants. They were tearing down the building next door and will be building on to the restaurant next door. Might want to check with the owners on noise and timeline. Totally stay again after done with construction. Bring soap, shampoo and bath soap.

Highly recommended!

We loved everything about this property! The location was perfect and the beach was beautiful! We had one minor issue and Jen was so attentive and dealt with the issue immediately! Bed was comfortable and we loved the beach chairs and towels! We walked to Bridge Street restaurants and shops! Can’t wait to return!
