Spread out in this 3 bedroom 2 bath large second floor condo offering an open floor plan, an extra plus is the loft above the second floor master bedroom and master bath area, that allows for privacy with a queen sleeper sofa and large closet for storage. The first floor offers a large living room with a sleeper sofa for the overnight guests and a fireplace to cozy up to in the cooler months , a full dining room with a pass thru to the fully equipped kitchen, a private covered porch for relaxing and two bedrooms and a hall bath. The building has an elevator, private garage parking, public sun decks surrounding the inground pool and bike racks.
